Had a very poor experience. The wygu burger was very old and crunchy. The meat had clearly been over cooked and sitting in a warmer for many hours. Initially I wasn’t going to waste my time to tell them, and I had a work call to handle. But when I found out they didn’t give me the honey mustard as requested I went back through the drive through. When I told them the hamburger was not good at all, the Hispanic manager then told me I was lying because I ate it. I wasn’t even asking for a refund or anything I just wanted honey mustard and to let them know the hamburger was not good. She then at the drive through was very rude and insulted my wife who wasn’t in the car. She threw the honey mustard at me. I honestly think she was interested in fighting me. All weird. I wasn’t even upset I was just saying the hamburger was very very bad.
The worst ever!!! Kept messing up when we were ordering . Gave the drink spilling all over and didn’t try to clean it . Forgot all the kids things. Have ice when we said no ice. Undercooked my husband food and over cooked the kids. No Sat and waiting forever when no one was in from of us and not other orders were there . I would not go there !!!
First time my friend tried roast beef. He liked it.
I wasn't eating- just getting food for my kid in the car with me. Patient while my teen decided what to order & got it exactly right including bbq sauce.
At 4pm we pull up, the doors are propped open to the lobby and we were in desperate need to use the restroom.... there was an employee just sitting in the lobby chilling. The min she saw us she rapidly showdowns us to tell us the lobby was closed. We begged her to allow us to just use the Restroom. She would not allow it. I wouldn't even go thru their drive thru as they apparently don't want business.
In a few words? SCRUMPTIOUS! The food is always delicious, no American cheese in sight ?? the staff? FRIENDLY AS CAN BE! new menu items all the time ? that spicy fish? ?? tad bit of spice, plenty of sauce ?? crispy ☀️ DELICIOUS! the lady working the drive through was super nice! I’ll be coming back for more of that fish ?
This location is never open lol. Unless you eat dinner at 3pm like a 98 year old, don’t waste your time here.
The food was pretty good, but the customer service was not. We ordered online, but the physical building closed at 6PM. I didn't get my shake, but they replaced it with a drink. Probably would not recommend this location.
Order was accurate, cashier was friendly, and food was hot. Drive thru line moved quickly. All things that are getting more rare today!
Arby's is always is a good staple in fast food. They have an employee shortage..I hope we can all accept the wait..people just don't want to work..so it affects how I decide what time to take abreak..last time I was there it seems as tho last night's food was just warmed up. It did not smell or taste like fresh meat..I ate it and didn't get sick..I guess it was fine...
