When I walked into the facility, I was a little disappointed due to the floor and tables being dirty. I ordered the Apollo burger and for my taste, it lacked flavor. The fries were delicious and fresh.The customer service was excellent. I would give it another shot next time I am town.
They got my order wrong, and the wait for our food was insane (24 min, and there was only one other group inside). When I tried to get my correct order they couldn't understand what I was talking about and tried to charge me again... I just gave up, and I didn't want to wait that long for a new order of food :( All of the tables were filthy, and they were severely understaffed. I had to get a spray bottle and towel and clean out table myself.The food was ok - not great and not what it used to be. They are suffering from the worker shortage that most places are, but these guys are suffering more than most it seems. Service and food are at a much lower level that you would expect even with the staff shortage.We love Apollo burger but I will probably pass on this place next time. Other locations seem to be fairing a lot better than this location. Much too long of a wait for food, food isn't as great as usual, and unclean dining.
This is a nice new place. Very clean. In fact, I was impressed especially after having seen how rundown many of their other locations are.If you are a fan of the other Apollo Burger locations, you are going to love this place. Clean and new facility, fresh hot burgers. Good fries and fry sauce. It doesn't get any better than that.
Man. I used to think it was a toss-up between Crown Burger and Apollo for food quality, taste, etc. Not any more. The Gyro meat is over-processed, tastes like sage, and is just not good. Dry, stale buns today. Fries used to be consistently good - thick, crispy on the outside, fluffy inside. Not any more.
So, what you may not know, is that I'm on a diet. But, my cheat card is if it's at a new business that I haven't been to before.... And I can safely say, I'm happy I used this as my cheat today. Haha!Upon walking in, I can see that it was really really clean. The floors look nice, the tables look nice... Just looked nice/clean all around.I was promptly greeted, and he did a few moments before I knew what I was going to get. I got the tangy bleu bacon burger, and I'm really happy I did!It tasted remarkable, and I like how the buns weren't soggy or stale.Really, I can't express how friendly the employees work, and I'm really happy I visited this location. Definitely worth returning to
We forgot how delicious this place is. Lots of great tasty options and not crazy busy. Will be back for sure. I got the Apollo Burger but have also had the Utah Burger and both are excellent
I had a great experience, their burger was superb and they were able to make the burger I wanted an impossible patty, being vegetarian I can enjoy the meatless plant based options. The fries were really good and they have a nice comfortable lobby. The order takers were great and helpful calling out the orders when it was ready and fast. It was my first time going and would recommend it for all to try!
No a fan. The concept is good but I am more disappointed than delighted. They continue to serve less-than-fresh food. The last two visits had non- appetizing burgers. Fries and onion rings were good. However they continue to live in civid times -- no fresh ketchup or fry sauce. Soda fountain is weak with limited selections. The tables are not properly serviced -- cleaned. We were there for 30 minutes, we did see trashes emptied but no tables wiped down. It gets down to management. I am not impressed. I will probably not return as I have had non-ideal experiences multiple times. Too many other choices.
The food at Apollo is normally good but the lehi location dining room is gross! I’ve tried to eat in their dining room a few times hoping it was a fluke. The floors are so dirty and every table is gross. The times we have eaten here the dining room is nearly empty so I’m not sure why they can’t take the time to clean. What you can see of their cooking area looks filthy. Garbage everywhere. I can’t imagine this place is up to code. I don’t think I can eat at this location anymore. If they can’t even sweep and wipe tables how can they be trusted to prepare food we are going to eat?
The food was actually pretty good. So it had that going for it. We were told we were the first customers in the dining room that morning. Even with that, every table was dirty. There were no napkins available. The water in the women's bathroom was apparently shut off, and there were no paper towels in either bathroom. One cup of coffee was hot, one was cold. Avoid until this location figures out how to run a restaurant.
