Haven’t been to wing stop in years. This location has a great friendly staff to help with your indecisive decision.-bone in wings were over cooked and dry-lemon pepper seasoning was too much and was too salty-chicken strips were perfectly cooked!
Great place to eat. They always tell me 15-20 minutes. I've never waited that long. Even if I had to, it is worth it! One of my favorites for sure!
Unusually love Wingstop but my last order was totally messed up. Ordered extra seasoning on fries, didn't get it. Ordered lemon pepper classic, got Louisiana rub. Ordered Louisiana rub classic and got boneless. Been craving Wingstop for weeks and this was so disappointing :(
I likely have never seen a more poorly managed restaurant. Saturday night is not the time for a wing restaurant to have a bunch of high school kids running the show. I waited in line and had four people BEHIND ME in line helped before I was even acknowledged because they were online orders. Then when I finally was asked to be helped I was told it would be a 25-35 minute wait which would be fine if I hadn’t already waited in line and had multiple people behind me helped. My order could have been taken and I could have been waiting for my food while the four people behind me picked up their food. Not to mention the kid running the register seemed to barely know what he was doing and left the register for a good five minutes to go fill up drinks for an online order. The entire time, the manager (I’m assuming) was in the office in the back laughing and having a good time while his store is in chaos.
Dissatisfaction in costumer service I came in during dinner time and I expected a long waiting period. Person at register was rude and gave an attitude, our wings took longer than we were told / expecting. I’ve worked in fast food for years and haven’t seen this bad of costumer service and pace of food coming out .
Ordered wings for my family of 5 last night. It was cold, the fries were really soggy, and the wings were hardly covered in any sauce, they were very small and there was 4 carrot sticks with the 35 wing family bundle that was in the order. Definitely wasn't worth the almost 80 dollars.
45 minute wait for in store dining with no one else in the restaurant. Is it really that hard to cook a dozen wings for a waiting customer? Management needs to work on their logistics. The reason for 1 star is that I’ve walked out of this location 5 times over the last few years. I haven’t ordered in store and don’t know why I keep giving them a chance. I hope giving preference to door dash that keeps a chunk of your profits over customers that are trying to support you is working out. Good luck.
The food was flavored great however, the wings were very small not sure I got my $40 worth. The restaurant was very cold, uncomfortably so….. addendum… my wife had a miserable experience there. We usually love Wingstop but not this time
Kai took care of my all in bundle with fantastic service. My food was super fresh and delicious, and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. I highly recommend going!!! Update: I just returned to this wingstop tonight on 12/27 and was taken care of by Bridger. He was very professional and took care of me like I was family. This place gets better each time you go!
Yummy my fav place for boneless or bone in wings. There Is mango Habanero is great. there Is Louisiana rub. Yummy. go see if you can handle there atomic sauce. They also do regular BBQ and several more.Combo comes with fries and drinkOr vegetables.
