We frequent this location and it was normally good, lately we've been disappointed with the quality. Tonight the burger was dry, the bacon was burnt, there was very little bourbon sauce and the bun was crunchy. Two weeks ago we ordered two chicken sandwiches and hit raw meat as we ate them, the manager told us that shouldn't happen because they come pre cooked. We took them back as evidence and was compensated with replacements. There was no concern for our health, just replacement sandwiches and bogo coupons.
Order the BaconatorGot told after I paid that they had to wait on some meat. Said no problem.Five minutes later got the hamburger.Went to bite into it RAW. Went back to drive-thru and was apologized to and asked if I wanted a combo for my inconvenience..... said yes. Then 5 minutes later was given just the burger ? it had so much ketchup on it it with a hard bun that it was uneatable. Sad. It seems like it's always something with this place. Maybe New Management?
This is a okay place at times but the quality of food ranges from one Wendy's to the next Wendy's
I always want Wendy's to be good, but they never get the order right. Just got singles instead of doubles. Makes an already pricy order feel cheap.
This place has gotten gross. Dining room is always filthy. Last visit there was a huge water puddle in front of the drink kiosk with no effort taken to mop it up. Employees aren't friendly. I'm scared to eat here anymore.
Today was the second time in a row this location has messed up my order. I shouldn’t have to do quality control for them.
Never ordering from Wendy's again. For the past 6 months, all of the locations in our area have had terrible food, service, and our order is ALWAYS incorrect. Tonight is no exception. We've been trying to order from the app to increase accuracy but somehow end up getting swapped meals with swapped specifications each time. It's so unbelievably frustrating to then receive poor customer service when we try to correct the order. Often times, they will deny any mistake and force us to come back to the store to prove the issue like we're just trying to get free food. I'd take your money elsewhere.
I ordered 15 minutes ahead of time and showed up at the pickup time and my friends went to the counter and ordered and got their food before me
It's just above taco bell in quality. Too much ice no drink. Upside the chili is better than chilis and it's on a short lease program. ? if only the gas from the chili could fuel my car.
This location is the worst I’ve ever eaten at, will never go back. Bad service, rude employees, mediocre food. Save your money and go to Crown Burger.
