Ordered the baconator fries and a frosty. Could tell the fry oil was VERY bad/old. Very little cheese, and one skimpy piece of bacon on the fries! Nothing like the picture! Also, the fries were cross contaminated with a few diced onions. Quite disappointing. I’ve had the baconator fries before at other locations and was very satisfied, but they missed the mark this time. The frosty was good at least.
I ordered 5 shakes at the drive thru and when I got home I discovered that they were not filled to the top of the cup. 2 inches from the top of the cup. I ordered medium and got a small serving. Seriously, they couldn't add the .02 cents more ice cream to fill the cup? With a less than 5 minute drive home the ice cream was already significantly melted. That has never happened before. Wendy's are usually frozen for a while to the point where a straw cannot be used. $12.00 WASTED! You dropped the ball on this one guys!

Food was good but the restaurant was dirty. We had to hunt for a clean table, the soda machine was grimy, and the restrooms were unpleasant. There was a strong sewer smell near the restrooms. The mens restroom was “well used”. My daughter used the women’s restroom and the sink was plugged.The staff was not overly busy, plenty of chitchat…. I’d like to see a bit more housekeeping.
I dislike the awful cheese at Wendys, so I ordered a single with no cheese. Of course, they put cheese on it!!! Disgusting. In addition, the burgers were cold, it was obvious they'd been sitting for a while. Fries were room temperature. What a waste of $$.
This is in regards to the night manager and other individual working the drive thru. She was a snarky and didn't have the patience to let us look at menu before ordering. They proceeded to get the order wrong. Also these individuals have no manners as well, zero consideration for the mistake made with our meals. Quite pathetic honestly. Just wanted to wish her a better night and the ability to Have more patience to handle her chosen career field. Thanks!!! (She's been complained about in previous reviews)
This Wendy's is always the best! Stacy handled my big complicated order with speed and skill on a busy day at the drive thru. Highly recommend!
There were only a couple people in line in front of me, but I waited for over 30 minutes from walking in the door until I got my food. Definitely not FAST food! Not coming back to this location.
Whoever the bigger older lady is. She should not run your drive through. She takes the gold medal on doesn't care about her job. Terrible customer service. Rushes through your order making you feel like an inconvince. Then takes the order wrong! She needs to be fired since she obviously doesn't give a dookie. Probably won't go back to this location thanks to her. Food was average Wendy's, except it's not what I ordered. Won't go back to correct it because I really don't want to deal with her again. Good luck allowing 1 employee to ruin your reputation.
The night manager is rude and makes customers and employees feels under appreciated. Today I Gad an awful experience with my family. The manager was yelling at everyone and when my husband wanted to order some frosty for the kids she yelled at him that the lobby was closed. That happened before 7:30 pm MST. We were already having dinner there and she was that nasty person that made our night go from good to no so good. After visiting that store for more than 5 years we are sorry to say that we are not coming back
