This location is always great. No matter how long the line is the employees are always nice and they move fast. It's never been dirty any time I've been here and the taste and flavors are always consistent. My wife loves the Nerd Alert and the lemon sugar cookies are nice and refreshing.
Needed 30 cookies for an event this evening. Tried to order online and it isn’t available, drove to the location, in store ordering was closed, went through the drive through and was told they couldn’t help. I decided to drive another 15 minutes to the Twisted Sugar in West Point and they filled my order in no time at all.
Always delicious drinks and always delicious cookies. The Nutella Peanut Butter and the Cookie Butter Oatmeal are... I don't have words. And I like that they have monthly special cookies, but I can get one of several standards whenever I want. I don't have to miss weeks where I am not attracted to one of four rotating flavors like some cookie places. Well done, Twisted Sugar!
I'm OBSESSED with these cookies! I love the original twisted sugar cookie. Its my favorite. When I say I'm obsessed I really am. I would drive 100 miles just to buy these cookies. And lets talk about the owners..the owners are just the BEST! No one like them at all! They are the cutest!! I would definitely recommend to anyone to go visit and get these cookies. They're amazing!!?
By far my favorite cookie place I’ve ever been to!! They have the best sugar cookies I’ve ever had honestly. And I love that they have gluten free options. I also love their drinks, I try something new every time and I’m never disappointed.
I absolutely love that this location has a drive thru! I love being able to sit in my car waiting for the deliciousness! My sons favorite is the chocolate chip cookie my daughter loves the sprinkle cookie and I know you can never go wrong with any of the Nutella or chocolate ones! We love TS!

I mistakenly order cookies on the app from the store in Layton. I called immediately and they told me that I would have to reorder at the store I needed to get them from and they would refund me. I waited until Monday and called and the lady told me it would take a little bit longer but if I didn’t get the refund to message the owner of the store and he would make sure I would get a refund. So I messaged to owner of the store 4 times and he has never responded. It’s been 3 1/2 weeks and I’ll still waiting. So I would just go somewhere else that has a more reliable system and owner.
