I keep telling myself not to return here, but I do. My issue is always with the bread. Either the hamburger bottom bread is hard or the wheat bun totally falls apart. Either it’s old bread or cheap quality bread. By the way club sandwiches are usually cut in half. Now i know why you didn’t, the bread breaks. I asked for ranch dressing and it was literally thrown in the bag, I was given a bag with handles, so yes, you can throw something in there. I paid for my food, attitudes aren’t necessary. With attitudes like that they’ll always work at a fast food restaurant. I paid $16 dollars for a meal I took three bites from the sandwich and threw the rest away. Due to bread crumbling. So frustrating.
Overall food is great. Wish the side of the the green beans was worth $3.39 for 7 pieces.
I always place my order online even if I’m eating at the restaurant! I personally love the Santa Barbara Cobb! This location did accidentally give me ranch instead of the vinaigrette- a minor inconvenience but they made it right.
Love the burgers! Great service, n even better burgers. With they were not out of certain ingredients so much. I understand its avocado.... who doesnt want it on thier burger, but it seems that I can never get a Santa Barbara char. Still a great meal!
We always get the family meals (such a great value)Unfortunately, we have had our first negative experience with The Habit. I'm not sure if it's a Sunday evening thing, an evening thing or a one off experience but we were disappointed. The fries were old, the buns were old, the chicken tenders were old and some of the burgers were really pink. We will get food from The Habit again but maybe not this location in Layton.Update: the customer service team was incredibly quick in responding to the issues we had. They were very friendly and seemed interested in finding a solution. 5 stars for the customer service.
The food is good but the customer service is terrible if you are not at the physical location. If you call them, you cannot reach a person directly at the store location. They route you to their really awful third party answering service that sounds like it's unprofessional people working from home. Half the time their (the answering service's) home computers don't work and you have to call again and go through the prompts. They don't have the ability to transfer you and will just hang up on you. The answering service only has the information provided to them and cannot help with anything else. If there's an issue with your order you can't talk to a person. If you have general questions (wait time, group orders, etc.) you can't talk to a person. It's really quite frustrating.
Fresh juicy patties. Tried it out last week and was pleasantly surprised how fresh it was. The fries and onion rings were hot and delicious even with delivery. I would order again.
This joint has remained in my top 3 burgers for quite some time now and it continues to impress. It packs a very unique, refreshing flavor that no where else can match. I guarantee if I was to do a blind-folded taste test, I could pick this burger out every single time due to the unique flavors. Love their fries and fry sauce too.
The burger & fries were good but a little pricey, I would go back and try their salads.
Habit Burger is not efficient with curbside pick up. Waited in the parking lot for around 15 minutes for my food. Tried calling the restaurant, but it turns out they send you to an off-site order processing facility. When I finally got my food, it was cold, and they forgot to put teriyaki sauce on my teriyaki burger. The key ingredient.Usually the food is pretty good. Just don't do curbside.Would try to talk to management about this, instead of posting here, but they make it so hard for their customers to talk to them without physically driving back to the store.I should have gone to Chick FIL A across the street.
