Great food! We always get the steak and shrimp with rice and all the extras. Some of the best steak around. We are happy Layton has so many top quality local businesses.

We're fans of teriyaki grill and frequent this location as it's near our home. The staff is always friendly and the food is done quickly and done well. The reason for the 4 star is because, even before the shortages and supply issues, they are regularly out of some food by 6pm or earlier. I think there have only been 3 times out of the many we've been that everything we've wanted has been available. I applaud efforts to reduce waste, but maybe a sign or display before ordering would be good. I'm sure the staff hate telling customer after customer they're out when they try to order. Other than that, great food and great service.

Uncooked Salmon. Horrible customer service. I ordered a salmon meal through Door dash. When I got it it was completely raw. I'm talking gummy and even cold in the middle. I called to let them know the fish was raw and they said that because it was through door dash she 'didn't know what to tell me'. I understand that the rules of the door dash/restaurant world are different. But there wasn't so much as an apology or, I'll let them know. Then she proceeded to argue with me saying that they always cook their fish to 120-125 degrees. I again said that this was cold and raw so whoever is on the grill should really be double checking. Maybe he missed this one, but in the restaurant world that is a HUGE NO NO. She proceeded to continue to argue with me and tell me that maybe I just like my fish cooked a different way. I guess she's right. I like it cooked and warm instead of gummy and cold. Will not be returning here. Especially since she was argumentative over the phone instead of apologetic or tried to make any attempt at addressing the issue.

Owner is very vocal and disrespectful about political beliefs. Food is good for a quick lunch, but man…. I’m tired of people thinking they can act like toddlers about something they know nothing about. What happened to some human decency? I won’t be supporting the owner, and hope others won’t either.

Walked in. Said "may I please get the little chicken teriyaki and a little drink". Cashier rings it up and it comes to $15 something. I told her I wanted the little size. She voids it and re-rings the order. Then I get my food. It is steak not chicken. I ask for it to be fixed. She rolls her eyes and gives a huge sigh. In the process of trying to fix it this guy with a full body of tattoos walks up and starts giving me a hard time. He told the cashier to "make the customer repeat the order 3 times...make them feel stupid". When I heard that i just asked them to void the order. He got angry and said "I was standing right here I heard you say steak". He was actually putting buckets in the cooler when I ordered. She voided the order. I asked for a receipt. The guy got super angry..."what do you need a receipt for!!!! Its voided. Its voided. Its voided!!! Then....he said "get out of my restaurant!!!" Lovely experience. I see that place going out of business soon

I love rice bowls but theirs just didn’t measure up. The chicken and rice were good but the noodles were mushy, the vegetables were soggy.

Great food for its price! Used to work here and it's food was really good. Definitely worth the money since the chicken is really well marinated and cooked, overall the place is really well clean and professional. Definitely worth eating at this place.

I ordered a family platter which does take a bit more time to make but we were waiting for almost an hour. We order it spicy like we normally do we asked if it could be mixed in with the chicken it wasn’t and above all the price is ridiculous for it not even being done properly.

I love this place! We noticed it was here for some time but my kids didn't want to go there. I finally convinced them to try it and we love it! The kids want to go there all the time now. Love the food, the workers, the healthy veggies, and all the meat is delicious. You won't be disappointed if you go eat there and they get the meals out fast so you don't have to wait long. Great place--I hope we can keep you around for a long time! I would take a picture of the food but it's gone before I think about it because my kids devour it.

I love rice bowls but theirs just didn’t measure up. The chicken and rice were good but the noodles were mushy, the vegetables (I assume from frozen) were soggy. Though we got mild sauce, there were red pepper flakes on the chicken that made the dish spicy anyway. It took us 15 minutes to get our meals and in the meantime the order after us was ready and two people came up to the counter wanting either less spicy chicken (from the red peppers) or more spicy sauce. The guy at the front counter was great and I had high hopes for this place but was sadly disappointed.
