We originally placed and online order, we went to pick it up. The first attempt they came really short in the order of a party pack, when we called and spoke to the manager he stated they would fix it for us. When we returned to get our original order they had it all there. Thank you all for putting my food upside down in the box and allowing me to build me own tacos, You all rocked it tonight!
My Mountain Dew was watered down and completely flat. They charged me for cinnamon twists but failed to give us any. DO NOT GO HERE! Go to a different location if possible.
Just went to Taco Bell. Ordered a number 6 meal the 2 chicken chalupas and a hard shell taco with a Baja blast drink with ice. Didn't get my chalupas instead got a crunch wrap supreme and my Baja blast didn't have ice.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. I generally have a positive experience with this Taco Bell location but not this time. I ordered some food and I received a joke of a meal. My crunchy taco was in literal pieces. I ordered a burrito and I was just given a tortilla with lettuce and cheese. The food was cold and soggy. I understand accidents happen but this was handled like garbage. Who thinks this is okay?
This Taco Bell has a perfect location right off the highway they're always staffed all the time so you can be helped helped quickly . They got my order perfect everything was just how I ordered it and the customer service was very friendly keep it up stay staffed.
I went to this place after I finished working a closing shift and they had great service, great moral and made my food extremely fast. This is by far one of the best Taco Bell's around!

Made my order. After I paid, they hand me my food and no drinks. I reminded them I had drinks as I was waiting for the drinks. I told them they had shorted the order and that I was missing a meal. They insisted that they had not I pushed back and said it was missing items. At this point another employee came to the window and assured me that it was all in the bag. I left and wouldn’t you know when I got home and started to hand out meals I was one short just like I had told them.A Chalupa box meal should have Chalupa’s in it
So fast! They were waiting on me basically, but I didn’t feel rushed. And this was around 2 pm (not right during lunch rush) on a semi custom item.
Normally taco bell is my go to with food allergies, I order on the app give them time to make it and come in. But even with that I had to come back and asked for a remake....twice and it still had cheese in it. I'm am glad I checked before otherwise I would have ended up in the hospital. I even explained how it could kill me and if they could please be extra careful. But they cared more about me bring back in the incorrect taco than helping me.
