I haven't been to Subway in years but saw an ad for the Rotisserie Chicken sandwich and thought I'd try it. It was ordered online and was ready as scheduled. The sandwich had ample crushed avocado which was good. However, there was VERY little chicken - I'd say less than 1 ounce total on a footlong. I tasted mostly cucumbers. The multigrain bread was a little tough. Overall, I wasn't very impressed. I'd give it a 4/10.

It's 9:21am and the sign says they open at 9am. The doors are unlocked but when we walk in there's one guy who kicks us out saying they're not ready to open yet. Get some employees that actually do what they are supposed to!

I sat in the drive through for 25 minutes waiting to make my order however no one came. I then decided to walk in, there was a female worker chatting it up with her boyfriend, and a male worker who was just taking a drink. Stacked everything on the sandwich on one side of the sandwich saying it was smarter that way. Sure it looked pretty, however that's not what you're taught to do. The Flatbread was also facing the wrong way. Sandwich still tasted good, just everything else sucked

Hours say they are open 9am-9pm, but here I am at 10 am and they are not open. I'm all call for work and often have to grab food on the run when I can. Nothing like wasting time going to a store that should be open but isn't.

Staff is always friendly and efficient. Had an especially positive experience here today with Guy. He was able to answer questions I had about the food and a coupon.

Sandwiches aren't bad, but the chances of you getting what you want after like 2 in the afternoon are slim. I understand restaurants run out every now and then, but I count on it here

Everyone deserves a second chance. Finally reached the "new owner" who is implementing changes to make this location better. He did refund my money for the overcharge & gave me a coupon. I'll have to see if the food and service improves.Previous review: This is got to be the worst out of the Subway stores. Check your bill for erroneous overcharges. If there is a problem with food or charges to your account forget about getting them resolved. No manager on site. Difficult to contact anyone to properly address a problem.

Never go to this location won't answer phone have ordered food online for delivery never received it and took my payments can't get there before they close to talk to them even emailing them I can't get a response back

After reading all the reviews, makes me happy the place is always closed every time I try to order from there. Surprised they have a average 3 stars……. SMH

After a long day of work, decide to go to my old place of work from high school, the subway on highway 193. After ordering my wife a ham sandwich in the drive thru, after 25 minute drive we got home and she had a meatball marinara with random veggies on it and cucumber, which my wife is highly allergic to. After calling 4 different times to no answer seeking compensation, knowing they’re working because we were just there with no one inside ordering and no one behind us in the drive thru, paid 16 dollars just to have my wife not be able to eat her sandwich. Great job subway, was poorly ran then, and poorly ran now. Nothing has changed in 6 years. Recommend going to the hillfield location
