Took over 30 minutes to get my order. The guy carhop was wonderful and very apologetic. He I would go back for because of his professionalism other than that.....not impressed
waited 35 minutes for a cold hamburger and fries. I asked for new fries they told me they would need the cold fries back and it would take another 5-10 min. so I left. the service here just keeps getting worse.
I NEVER write reviews but I’m highly disappointed. I waited at the order screen for almost 10 minutes with no one in front of me. Proceeded to order two shakes, one of which was an Oreo chocolate shake (my order was correct on the screen). When I got to the window the worker handed me the shake and it looked like it had been sitting for 5+ minutes and had no Oreos (I should’ve questioned it but I didn’t.) then I proceeded to check with my husband if it was okay his shake didn’t have Oreos (I assumed it was just a chocolate shake) he said it was fine so I drove home. He took one sip out of it and it was chocolate peanut butter. Good thing he only hates peanut butter and isn’t allergic to it? such a bad experience, probably won’t ever return.
We asked for a pup cup, for our dog and even offered to pay them for some whip cream in a small cup and pay regular price, and they didn't want to do it. Reason: I don't have any way to ring it up. Me???????? I just offered to pay them 3.00 for about 10 seconds of work and a small squirt of whip cream. Who would have thought how to ring it up. Will plan ahead better next time and bring our own pup cup
Went there yesterday and had a mobile order, the girl in the drive thru when we went to pick it up was very rude in letting us know that we needed to park. Very very rude and had a completely nasty attitude. Then we waited for 25 minutes for our food and there excuse was we checked into the wrong stall. We told them our name at the drive thru and they must not have heard it when we were interrupted by that girl demanding we move to a stall. The food was good but their customer service needs work. Disappointed ?.
What an absolute joke of an establishment. And that’s putting things lightly! Tons of employees working, most of them were standing around doing nothing, some were just relaxing eating shakes. We waited 25 minutes for 2 shakes. Once we got the shakes, well, they weren’t even shakes. They just filled the cups with vanilla ice cream. Wasn’t worth our time to wait for lazy idiots to try and get things right. While waiting for our order in the drive through, we watched multiple health violations occur as we watched the employees engage with other customers.
Asked for syrup from the lady working the window and she said they don't carry syrup, yet the menu says otherwise? I was willing to pay a whole $1 one for a tiny packet of syrup but was lied to. Sad.
I order from your app all the time and I actually love this place. However, you need to teach your employees how to make Sonic Blasts or other ice cream items. I got a Sonic Blast today with snickers (or so I thought). Lucky for me, I got it for free because if not, I would be upset to have paid over $4 for a cup of vanilla ice cream with a dash of snickers. I am posting a picture of my Sonic Blast dumped out into a bowl.....you tell me if it looks like the ones in your ads.
The crew here is always very polite and on top of it. The last time I was here I watched them handle a Karen amazingly
I think we have had an issue with our order almost every single visit. It's pretty ridiculous. Missing food, condiments, slow service, etc. The worst part is that we keep going back because those tater tots are just too good.
