the food was fantastic tonight and the service was awesome even the Gereral Manager came and chatted with us.
This Sizzler is okay. The salad bar appeared clean and was stocked. Our food came out correctly and refills were quick. The only complaint that I have about this particular Sizzler is it has a weird smelling bathroom which is located next to the registers, every time someone opens or closes the door it makes me feel nauseous like I can't eat, but as long as I sit far away from them my experience is typically good.
Hadn't been out to eat for about 4 mo. We've always liked Sizzler. Ordered, sat down, waited about 20 min. Waitress brings wife's shrimp and baked potato. Says to me, are you waiting for the all you eat fish. I said yes. She said it will be here in a couple of minutes. Waited 20 min. Wife's steak never did come. Waited almost an hour. Manager came by, says to my wife, you waiting for a steak. Finally steak came out. Wife had already eaten her shrimp and bake while they were hot. We had ordered the upgraded steak. Very poor quality steak. Very chew, very dry. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
They had a well stocked salad bar. Lots of choices.The staff was all very friendly. Our server, Mishelle,(?) did a good job of taking care of us.The fish that came with the fish and chips was breaded nicely, but over-cooked.
Absolutely love Sizzler. Never had a bad experience here. Husband got Terriyaki Steak and it was good. Im not a steak person so I just got a salad bar and the Tropical lemonade and it was delicious! Will always come to this restaurant.
I like Sizzler and the food is always good. Over the years the salad bar seems to be getting less appealing. One frustration is the prices seem to be skyrocketing pretty high and pretty fast. I know it's the economy in general right now but I don't love it.
Very clean dining room, and the salad bar was impeccable! Service was wonderful! Food (Steak and Malibu Chicken) was perfectly cooked and delicious. Perfect dinner visit!
Very yummy! It has been quite awhile since we have been to Sizzler. The original chicken cordon bleu was so yummy; then it was changed - not so yummy! I am so glad they have changed it - so good! The service was good too!
Place was messy. They didn't have crayons for my kids or wet wipes for my youngest. The food tasted old and the staff didn't seem to know anything. The positive was my main dinner course was good.
It's sizzler. I like the steak. It was cooked how we asked. Fried shrimp was good. I wasn't a fan of the salad bar. But our server was attentive. Broiled shrimp want my favorite.
