Good food & service. But the bathroom was a disaster! Overflowing trash can and the towel dispenser was empty! I told the hostess. She said “ok” , but continued to do whatever she was doing. (Coloring?). My elderly mother came out of the bathroom and mentioned that there were no towels. The hostess got huffy and went into the bathroom. Talk about an attitude! Not sure if we will return after this experience.
Haven't been in a long time, and went with some friends.I ordered their spicy hamburger, I forget the name of it, and it was quite delicious and was cooked and prepared well. However it could have had more heat in my opinion. On a 1-10 scale of increasing heat, this was a 2, it was present but not overwhelming.The steak fries were cooked right and they kept them coming. They had some good fry sauce to go with them, and some they had a season-all type shaker if you like that too.My drink was brought out fast but took a long time to be refilled, and we had a long wait for food after ordering.Service was polite and helpful when available but our server was not around much for such a large table.I will probably visit again, but won't go with a large party.
The best fries I've ever had! They have amazing seasonings and dipping options, and all of their appetizers are awesome. Their drinks are incredible as well and they have so many options, the peach sunrise lemonade was to die for. And the food... it's really incredible. This place has better food than a lot of upscale expensive restaurants. They are busy but they are super efficient with their wait line - and this place is worth the wait.
Nice family friendly dinner on St. Patricks day! The food was really fresh, the staff was amazing. My lemonade was refilled before it was gone everytime! I highly recommend their specialty lemonade and burgers! There Yukon chips were actually really good, kind of like homemade potato chips.
Food was great. The mushroom burger is fantastic as well as their chicken sandwiches. Fries are great as well.Knocked off a star because our waitress wasn't very good. Drinks were empty for about a third of our meal, stood around talking to one of their friends at the table next to us while we were waiting for drink refills, and when we needed more napkins, and again when trying to get our check.
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered an impossible burger (no meat) and clearly asked twice for them to verify it was an Impossible burger. I was guaranteed that yes it was. I ate half and got so Sick. I have not eaten meat for 40 years for multiple reasons and this is the first time I have because of the lackadaisical staff at Red Robin. To some of you it may not matter but to me it was a huge deal. The gal at the take out counter was asked to verify that it was meat free. She guaranteed me it was. It wasn’t until I started feeling sick that I looked at the receipt. It said “no pink” I called to verify what that meant and the manager confirmed that yes my burgers were in fact meat. I use to love Red Robin for a nice treat. But no thank you, I don’t want your gift certificates. Please be very wary if you are vegetarian when you order from this restaurant. They don’t care what your specific dietary needs are or what you request.
The burgers my friend and I ordered were probably the best burgers we've ever had, I had the ? guacamole burger. I also had the BIG onion ring tower great onion rings to and all you can eat fries. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable regarding the products on the menu. I am difinately going back soon. I highly recommend Red Robin if your wanting excellent burgers.
The server acted like I didn’t order bottomless fries… I had to remind her.We waited more than 20 mins for the fries and she only brought a hand-full of fries in one basket (not two baskets) for both of us.I had to complain and even then she still brought very little fires.The whole experience was not what I expected from Red Robin- poor tasting food, a server that never asked us if we wanted more fires, and fires that took a long time to arrive.
Friendly staff, amazingly understanding when it comes to allergies, a wide range of choices and a fun place to go eat. 10/10 recommend. Their impossible burger is an amazing choice for those that shouldnt eat red meat and just want a good burger. Tastes just like beef.
Service was excellent and professional. Only complaint about today was the fish was extremely over salted. I should have sent it back however it took a bit more time than usual to receive our food in the first place so we simply ate what we could. Not the waitresses fault by any means and again she did great. Quality of food is suffering here however. For the price of eating here it needs to be better.
