My wife and I had an amazing time. There was zero waiting for a seat, a bit rare so I'll take it. The salmon and shrimp were amazing and my wife loved the crab Alfredo.The best part of the night was our server for sure. Sean was so kind and very easy to get a long with. Made sure we had extra drinks and plenty of biscuits. He check on us the perfect amount as well, he wasn't gone too long but wasn't there too much. Will definitely be hoping to sit in his area again in the future.
The last few visits were not good and have gotten worse each time. If you can’t cook a steak then maybe take it off your menu. The food is less than mediocre and it’s always wrong. Sent my food back twice this last visit. The lobster pizza was pretty much raw on the bottom. The steak I ordered was way over done and it wasn’t even the kind I ordered. I’m sorry, but a filet isn’t a sirloin. The server was doing a great job, but the kitchen failed miserably. We didn’t get items we ordered and when we did they were cold and barely cooked. “Seared” bacon wrapped scallops with raw bacon and zero sear? I’m definitely done with this place for a long long time. Three strikes and your out. And I dunno what kind of manager pushes alcohol on customers, but the one you had tonight was out of line. If we wanted shots, we’d go to a bar. Get some new employees and save your restaurant before more people stop going.

On every visit the staff has been friendly, and accommodates my needs when it comes to food allergies. Lobster fest is a hit this year. Come with a big appetite.
I love the food but the scallops are always under cooked. They say you get extra sauce when you pick up an order curbside but they only put one. I asked for extra with all 3 of my meals. They always forget something in your order and you have to call to have them bring it out.
The wait was over an hour on a Friday at 6:30pm. I expected a long wait, but noticed the girl at the front was overwhelmed and unorganized. She seated a few, parties of 2, that arrived after us. The seafood is overpriced for the quality and quantity you get. I will remember this and go to market street next time. Their food isn’t much more and it’s fresh. I’ll be going next door to La Puente from now on! Never will I eat here again. Hook and Reel has a better quality than this place! Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Once we were seated the server was great. That’s why you got 1 star!
Best dining experience of my life! Host was friendly and personable. We didn’t have to wait long to be seated on a Thursday night. Our waiter Shawn was incredible! He made great recommendations and was super helpful. Our drinks never got below half before he was bringing out the next drink. One of my dishes was forgotten. I didn’t notice, but Shawn remembered and quickly got it out for us. We had a baby packed in the car seat with us and the booth was wide enough to squeeze it in next to us. The joint was VERY CLEAN, which is getting harder to have nowadays with staffing shortages. We just had our socks totally knocked off so we got the manager to let him know how impressed we were. I’m pretty sure this is my new favorite place to eat out now.
Their New Orleans salmon is the best we've had in a long time. The service is good-- though they are short-staffed and the wait times are crazy. The part that I don't love is when they change their recipes. I get seasonal availability but this was new flavors and sauces on traditional items.They have the best biscuits-- especially when they're hot.
Very presently surprised!!! I hadn't been to a Red Lobster in a long time but I plan to go to this one more often. I got steak and my wife got shrimp and salmon. The salmon might be the best I've ever tasted! Steak was cooked perfect.I'm not a big seafood person in general but I highly recommend this specific location.
