The 2 times that I went to this rancheritos in lanswer ritos in Layton the customer service was horrible the people are straight up rude Is people. The Carney assault estate is always dry and They did not put French fries in my Carney asada fry burrito so I didn't even want the Carnegie assault I changed it to the chicken which they say the chicken is marinated chicken and it's not even marinated and doesn't even taste good at all. I used to go to ranceritos all the times and it's so disappointing now. I will never go back to rancheritos ever again
First time through, I didn't realize the tacos have a MASSIVE amount of guacamole. I'm the opposite of a guac fan. I can't stand it. For those that like guac, the tacos are ideal. I couldn't eat even one after digging as much guac out of there as I could.I did go back a day or two later and was able to get tacos with NO guac and extra pico. Not bad at all. Tacos are pretty decent sized and I got three. Two is plenty.Putting these folks in my regular lunch rotation
I used to love coming here because the food was so good but I had a terrible experience the last time I went. They messed up my order and when I called them after I got home the girl who answered the phone told me to come back the next day and they would remake my food. The girl was super nice and apologetic. When I went back the next day with my receipt the old woman at the register was extremely rude to me and acted like their was no employees there that had spoken to me. She asked me why I didn’t come back that night and I told her that the employee said I could come back today. She didn’t want to remake my food, I said that’s fine but I would like a refund because you didn’t give me everything that I had paid for. She then walked away from me. She eventually had the cooks in the back make me my food. It was just such an awful experience and I couldn’t believe how rude she was to me. I never want to go back to this restaurant because they treated me poorly after they made a mistake.
Horrible experience. Got two burritos. Both came out cold with cheese unmelted. Eggs were over cooked and smelled like fish. Sent a burrito back. They made a new one and it was over cooked again but warmer this time. It was as if they had precooked eggs from an hour ago and threw it into the burrito. So disappointing. Spent $22. Didn’t enjoy any of it. Ended up throwing everything away except rice and beans.
GARBAGE FOOD FOR HIGH PRICES! I remember when you could get a burrito for three bucks. Now it’s over eight bucks. And it’s not even quality food. The food they order from their distributor is low end cheapest they can get. Then they sell it to the public for as much as they can. Hardly any quality control poor quality meats… Steer clear from any of these garbage wanna be Mexican joints
Today, the food was actually quite bland in flavor. Ordered their barrita tacos, not impressed. The meat was totally dry and the dipping sauce was void of flavor. Their asada and steak burritos were also flavorless. Normally, you'd taste the asada marinate, well not today! Come on folks, please no shortcuts and improve your barrita tacos!!
Why do they require customers to wear masks but none of the employees are??? Good food though
5-4 years ago, burritos were hovering at about $51 year ago burritos were at $6.35Today they're $8+I've been coming here for the last 5 years and it's starting to not be as good as it used to be. Drink cups have been swapped from solid styrofoam cups to flimsy cheap paper cups, not even solid paper cups.Service has gotten worse, prices have gone up and corners have been cut. I'm sad to see this happen to what used to be my favorite place to go.Other Rancheritos are still maintaining $6 burritos, not cutting corners and providing better service so I guess I'll have to drive a bit further for my burritos.
This is the second time they’ve messed up my order! The first time I ordered a chicken burrito smothered and got a bean burrito and this time I ordered 5 rolled tacos and got a cheesy quesadilla. This is getting ridiculous both times ordered before my overnight shift at work so I couldn’t just go back and get it fixed. They need to pay more attention to the orders people order and what they’re giving out the window. Definitely won’t be going back to that location again.
This is hands down the best food i cant believe it even has a drive thru the food is amazing so are the staff and the prices ? and super clean
