Had to take away stars. It's been almost 2 months with the inside closed closed "due to lack of employees" I dont believe it I thinks it's more laziness on the staffs part. I refuse to use your drive through. You have a hard enough time making a sandwich Infront of me.
I love Port of Subs! I just wish Layton location could open their lobby. Maybe close the drive thru instead. It's nice to be able to see your sandwich get made so that you know you're going to love it!
This is my favorite sub shop right now. It's because of the pickles. One thing they can improve on is the quantity of ingredients. They seem to run out of random things at random times. Other that that I enjoy the subs and the amount of fresh cut meat they put on them.
Stopped in today for a sub, a sign says out of pickles, spicy mustard and cucumbers. The management could literally send someone to the store to get these things or go themselves, exact change only if paying with cash, who is managing this place? They should be replaced.
I love this sandwich shop, first of all. Second, I'm all about teenagers getting work experience.However, my 2 star rating today is due to the service we received. Upon entering, there were fellow patrons enjoying their meal. Nowhere in sight was an employee. We waited about 10 minutes and finally hollered to get the two teenage employees to acknowledge us at the front.While helping us the young girl kept huffing, puffing, and verbally voicing her displeasure with specific aspects of the position. The inexperienced young man didn't address this behavior, maybe he waited till we left.Overall, technically, I think a new toaster oven needs replaced, or sandwiches were not toasted though I watched them do it.As I said before, I love these sandwiches! I'll keep coming back. Would like to see the service standards raised a bit. Perhaps pairing young teens with capable adults for each shift could improve the standard.Thanks for a yummy dinner just the same.
Would be 5 stars if their drive thru was ever open. Great food, but if it's gonna take 10 plus minutes to get a sub, please don't force us into your store.
Clean, variety in toppings and sides and they slice the meat & cheese right when you order it .
Magnificent! Food but... even better service! The gal that made my sub was passionate and proud of her sandwiches. The service and the foodMade for a great dining experience.
Tried this place when they first opened and honestly, the food wasn't fresh and didn't taste great.Recently though I had a friend mention to me that he really likes this place. I thought that since I went when they first opened they might have still been getting the business up and going, so I thought I'd try it again.I went earlier today and unfortunately they got most of the toppings on my order wrong. I asked them to correct it and they were nice and polite. But they made the sandwich with the wrong toppings again.The sandwich wasn't that good but to be fair, it may have been because it didn't have the toppings that I expected or like on it. Overall the food seemed kind of plain.
