One star seems generous! We have been to several Pizza Pie locations and the is the one we will NEVER return too. No clean plates or forks. At a buffet! The same 10-12 tables sat dirty and uncleared the entire time we were there. Only a couple pizzas available that were doughy. Only bright spot was that the soda machine worked flawlessly. There were only a handful of employees working from what I could see. Felt bad for them and didn’t complain. What’s the point in pouring it on some poor teenagers? I understand if there are staffing issues; but I also understand that the restaurant shouldn’t be open as it was.

Always a family favorite! I mean it's a pizza buffet! The dessert pizza, hillbilly pizza and garlic knots are always hits!4/5 stars only because this location needs to do better at planning for their large groups and busy times. They were constantly out of a lot of food leaving large #s of guests waiting instead of being able to eat.

My kids love it here. The Oreo dessert pizza is by far their favorite although it hasn’t been there the last couple times we went. The workers are very pleasant- and stay plenty busy! Especially on Friday and Saturday nights. It’s PACKED!The cooks do a nice job of keeping enough pizza and pasta out for customers to choose from. The salad seems pretty fresh with a good amount of different toppings to choose from. The bathrooms- well the last time we went there, the women’s bathroom was disgusting and I quickly walked out when I saw how dirty it was. We went there on a Friday night though so it was understandably very busy and maybe they’re short staffed and couldn’t keep up on the bathrooms?Overall my kids enjoy going here and like the food offered.

We paid & walked a few steps to the soda area to get our drinks. The silverware was next to soda machine. I kept grabbing & looking at the knives & kept putting them back, they looked dirty. A young man came (employee) to us & asked "is anything wrong?" I replied something to the effect that the knives looked dirty. He said he'd take them back to be washed again.I was a bit stunned as I've rarely had a worker volunteer to take care of an issue with a smile on his face! Justin, a relatively new employee, wasn't afraid to step up & ask if something was needed. It helped to make our lunch a pleasant experience.David, his manager was also friendly. We spoke for a couple minutes & he gave some insight to his store. The food was fresh & tasty. And their mix of soda syrup & carbonation was perfect! This is a fun food stop, they are working hard to provide good customer service & delicious pizza, pasta & salad (and drink) ?

Completely raw pizza and disgusting restaurant. Really messy. Even fresh pizzas were still raw. We asked for a refund after the fresh batches were still raw. The employee wasn’t very apologetic and didn’t say it was getting fixed. Won’t be back to this location.

No one showed up at the front desk to help us in, so we had to go back into the restaurant to flag down staff members. We could have just walked in without paying and no one would have even known. The offerings of pizzas was scant for the first half hour we were there. The apple pie pizza was uncooked. The pasta and sauces were really good. 5 stars for the pasta, 3 for the pizza, 3 overall.

First time dining here. Just staying in this area for tonight. A self-serve all-you-can eat place that has Pizza, pasta, salad. I was in the mood for pizza and stopped in. Big mistake. Super doughy that didn't seem to be cooked were what they had. Tried several types and after the test bite couldn't finish the rest. I guess some people like that uncooked bread. Not a a fan.

I am gluten free. Was excited to try this place because they say they offer gluten free pizza. Even on their website it shows them offering gluten free with their buffet. It wasn’t until after purchasing my buffet and going to get my food that I found out they don’t actually offer it and that they actually charge more for gluten free. I would have been fine with that if they would have said so upfront and on their website that there is an additional cost. And because I already purchased my buffet they wouldn’t let me pay the difference to add gluten free. I had to complain to finally get anywhere. I wasn’t about to pay $10 for a salad

Food was hot and the associate at the front heard it was my sons birthday and sent him a monster cookie with ice cream. Overall my kids had fun, the food was fresh and there was good service.I did notice tables stayed dirty the entire time while we were there but could have been due to short staff or the fact it wasn't busy.

We really like this place! Clean and delicious. During the pandemic they’ve experienced staffing shortages and those missing pieces show but tonight the staff they had on shift were all seemingly high school age and they really did their best. Sharing responsibilities and handling grumpy customers. Highly recommend this location
