I just wanted to let you know that your driver was very professional I didn’t get a name but my order # 45 June 1 around 7:33 pm by accident I got the wrong order called the store and they were very polite and offer to fix it for me it was kind of late so I decided to get the credit option, the driver came back and left half of my order but I do appreciate the fact that showed that care for my order and brought it when the mistake was noticed , Please reward the driver no one would brought anything back thank you
Ordered online for a pick up. Glad I picked to pay in cash. Got there at 9:30. Location is supposed to be open till 11pm. Doors were locked and a woman was at the register, she yelled at me that they were closed. Don't really get why she did that since they supposed to be open. Now idk what to do for dinner tonight as most places are closed. I've had a bad experience everytime I come to the 2 layton locations.
My daughter had a Pizza Hut BOOK IT reward, so we placed an online order for a personal pan pizza. It said it would be ready in about 10 minutes, so we planned accordingly.When we got there, we went up to the first window. It doesn’t look like it’s in use, but they do actually use it. Within a minute there was as employee there asking how they could help us. We told her we had an online order for Jessica, she handed us our pizza, and we went in our merry way. It was quick and we didn’t have any issues.My daughter was super excited to get her pizza :)
Pizza and bread sticks are amazing but the service was over the top. Wish all restaurants had this great of a team. The gentleman that helped us today at drive-thru and on the phone was top notch i had to do a review. ?
I just got done eating maybe the best pizza I’ve ever had. Thank you SO MUCH to the staff on crew today.
This location right outside Hill had a drive-through but you couldn't actually make an order just pick up which was kind of strange. So I had to go into the store, make my order then wait outside for a while and go through the drive through again to pick it up. Good thing it was just to order a small pizza for my daughter as we usually don't get our pizzas here.
One of the features of this location is a "convenient" carryout window, where you can pick up your call ahead order without needing to go in. Unfortunately, it's not uncommon to have to wait 10-15 minutes before anyone bothers to check the window, in which case you might as well go in and order at that point. There's no point in calling ahead. Decent fast food pizza, just don't use the window.
I ordered online, and was told there was no order under the name Hernandez. I had to pull out of the drive thru, call and talk to my husband who confirmed the order. Went back in line and when I reached the window for the 2nd time, they said oh, we found the pizza under Hernandez. By the time I got home, the pizza was mildly cool. I do not like cool pizza after ordering online and waiting thru the drive thru twice.
I ordered a BBQ chicken dinner box and the pizza was so soggy. It was almost soup.
Complete my order as ordered. Reviewing the order on the app and on the receipt they matched what was ordered, the problem is one of the pizzas was not built to order. Also, trying to TellTheHut survey or whatever on the receipt does not work. The survey requires a code from the receipt and there was no code printed on the receipt. I understand a simple mistake and one missed topping but 4 toppings missed is not paying attention.
