Pizza wasn’t the best to say the least, ingredients tasted days old and super sticky I couldn’t get it off the paper pan it came with. Unfortunately we won’t be back.
I placed an online order and went to pick it up. The order had one pizza and a cinnamon wheel. The wheel wasn't present in the pick up area and the staff informed me they had none. This is quite confusing as my card was charged for this. When I asked for a refund I was informed that only managers have that ability.The young lady working the register really inspired confidence by saying ,"Don't worry I'll tell my manager!" How shameful that a business will not only charge you for unavailable items, but that their employees are not empowered to even process refunds. I am certain that my name and item to be refunded, recorded on scrap paper and pen will really solve this issue.This is a failure on management for not empowering employees, failure by the worker for horrible customer service and failure in business processes for allowing things to happen that never should occur in the first place.
Where is the pineapple? My husband ordered me a pizza where the only topping was pineapple, with extra pineapple. Can you find it? I've seen far more on my normal order of a Hawaiian pizza from here. Normally y'all are awesome. I am going to chalk this up to someone working tonight having a vendetta against the amazingness of pineapple on pizza. Or someone not using the one cup measure to portion out at the very least the correct amount on the recipe card for this particular ingredient. Glad I happen to have a random can of pineapple chunks in the cupboard tonight. But please do better next time, I implore of you. ?

what I want to experience a pizza right out of the oven at home it is truly a wonderful experience to bake a Papa Murphy's pizza and taste it piping hot right out of the oven I do it more in the winter than in the summer it's just easier I'm not to heat up home but it's good nothing bad

We picked up a vegetarian pizza here. We ordered on line. When I arrived, I was greeted and my pizza was ready and made as ordered. Note that this is take and bake at home pizza.
The wait times here are always short. The staff is always friendly and talks to you. The pizza is very good, but maybe a little over priced, I like getting the XLNY, Faves, specials or sides because they are the cheapest :)
