THE BOXES WERE ON FIRE!!! The employees were laughing and making jokes. Then threw it in the trash while smoking. It smelled horrible and I am not the person who writes reviews. Honestly wow Papa John's. Wow. They stacked the boxes way to high on the warmers. The floor was covered with flour and it was a huge mess. The couple next to me looked so awkward. My server didn't even treat me with respect and kept talking to his fellow employees. When I got my pizza the box wasn't even closed, just pushed on top.
I called the Layton, UT location and had so many issues trying to understand the woman who answered, plus she wasn’t able to understand my address at all, after numerous tries, that I ended up not placing an order at all. I was really looking forward to pizza tonight but I’m so frustrated with the service that I’ve lost my desire for it. I don’t know... maybe I’ll have better luck with Domino’s.
I am curious why you still charge a delivery fee yet the money doesn’t go to the driver. Seems wrong.
I ordered a veggie thin crust and they missed half the pizza with the toppings. I would say a quarter of the pizza didn’t have cheese on it. On the Hawaiian I ordered it with extra cheese and meat and pineapple and it arrived as a standard one nothing extra at all. And Still missing cheese in places. I can get better quality at little Caesar’s and more toppers for a quarter of the cost. These two pizzas were over 40$ and by far the worst I have ever got at papa John’s. I tried calling twice today no answer on the phone but I want a complete refunds.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Took over an hour to get my order and it was messed up. They made us take it back and said they would deliver new ones. 40 minutes later we decided to just go pick it up and got told we had no patience. Opened it and it was sloppy and had hair in it. Absolutely rude and disgusting, never ordering from here again.
Worst pizza ever from Papa Johns. Not sure whats going on at that location. Very disappointing when your craving their good and used to much better quality.
Never really had a problem here before. But, this time I got a Supreme stuffed crust. The stuffed crust part was about 3 inches wide and it was good but the toppings part was soggy and thin. You couldn't even pick it up. It broke apart from the crust,, And that part was gross
I love Papa John’s but the order I got tonight was awful. The gluten free pizza was burned with cheese everywhere and the regular one was mushy with a soggy crust. Probably won’t be returning
Great help when I arrived to pick up my pizza. The person helping me had some issues with the register computer. He went to get the evening manager to help. The manager was quite rude to the front end employee, talking down to him. "You literally turn it off then on." It was the great disdain in his voice that bothered me. I don't care if you've told your employees 300 times how to do it, you don't speak that way to them ever, and especially not when customers are present. Be mindful of your position and be respectful of every worker around you.
$11 for this? Brought it home to a kid party and open the box to this mess. $5 pizza at a known competitor is beyond better than this “Jako”.
