Ordered ahead online to help things go faster. Received a text about 5 minutes before my scheduled pickup time that my good was ready. When we arrived, we were informed they didn't have noodles and we would need to wait 5 minutes. 10 minutes later they said they also didn't have some of the entrees. Waited over 40 minutes from the time I received a text saying my food was ready until I got my food. I would NOT use the app to order any this location again.

We ordered three dinners at the drive through, along with rangoons and egg rolls. Two of the plates were chicken teriyaki, one with extra sauce. When we get home, we realized there was no sauce at all. No sweet and sour for our egg rolls, no soy sauce for rice, no teriyaki sauce at all.So, we attempted to give them a quick call. They blamed me, the customer, for their mistake. They were rude, belligerent, and confrontational and did not understand why we were unsatisfied. They repeatedly blamed me for their mistake and refused to even try to remedy their error. (This is also not the first time sauces have been forgotten.)Hey, Panda, are you too cheap to provide customers what they purchased?

The chow mein kind of had a cigarette taste to it. So did the fried rice. The Beijing Beef was pretty burnt and the Orange Chicken was also kind of over-cooked. The staff were actually pretty friendly though, so that wasn't an issue.

Writing this after having just gone though the drive thu. I'm currently waiting for my food in a parking stall out back, I've been here about 15 min now. I understand being understaffed but this isn't the first time.Update: Food is cold.

Seriously panda, I’ve been going to locations for years now and who ever is now running the kitchen is absolutely disgusting ? they gave me rotten expired shrimp, and undercooked noodles that tasted like complete grease! So disgusting! Looks I’m going to a different location, this one had gone down HILL!! Don’t come here if you want good panda. This is a bad Panda Express now.

The staff is never (and wasn't this time either) very friendly, at all. They always make you feel like they are extremely miserable being there and everything is a hassle to them. Just simply ordering, they NEVER smile, and they seem so annoyed with everything. It's ALWAYS like that (and I don't order anything "special" and don't have any"special requests". (Although that should make no difference even if I did). I used to live in Florida and grew to love Panda Express there because everybody was so awesome there in the atmosphere was so friendly and inviting and it is the complete opposite here (and the food is often old and cold and clearly has been sitting there way longer than it should). I was in there Sunday and got the honey walnut shrimp and it was so old, it literally was cold and the sauce was all thickened up and dried out and gloppy... I was extremely upset that I had to pay the extra $1.25 for extra old food. I was starving so I ate it and I was the only one who ate Panda Express in my family that night and I was extremely sick the following day with a stomach bug. Needless to say I will never be going back to Panda Express again and throwing my hard-earned money down the drain.

Ordered 2 item plate - Orange chicken and mushroom chicken which turned out to be zucchini chicken minus chicken. I was given one piece of chicken. No exaggeration and one piece of mushroom all the rest was animal bite size zucchini. The vegetables looked over cooked (soggy). I’m wondering if drive thru is a scam. This is not the first time something similar happens. I just keep thinking they’ll get better. It is beyond my comprehension the 4 and 5 stars. Servers and owners don’t care. I’m a retiree on a budget. This hurts.

I am extremely allergic to walnuts. I always order a dish that is supposed to be made separately on a different pan and does not cook with the walnut shrimp. I also let them know beforehand that I am allergic to walnuts. It is not uncommon for food places to keep nuts separated because it is a common allergy, it is also taught to you while you get your food handlers permit. Unfortunately this was the first time I’ve ever come across where they did not follow that. I ended up in the ER because I could not breathe and almost died. I called the next morning to let them know what happened and that they should probably be more careful in the future. However, whoever the manager was did not care and blamed it on me saying I should have been more explicit when explaining my allergy (even though I told them directly when I came in..). I used to go to Panda Express often, especially the one In Farmington, and never had this issue happen before. But because of this interaction I will probably never go to any location again.

Was very quick with my order, and also made food fresh even though they were closing in 10 minutes. They even brought it out to my car once everything was ready. Food tasted good.

I got a honey sesame chicken with some fried rice! Really good, I always enjoy their food and the little fortune cookies too! Had a good time here outside with my mom and sister.
