A bit on the oily side but not bad. Service can be a bit slow but for mall court food it's not bad.
I use to eat here all the time. We hadn't been in quite awhile. Went there today. What a disappointment. New owners or managers not sure. Food was disgusting! They watered down the sauce and are trying to pass off Ramen noodles that are mushy as the soku soba noodles. Will never go again ! If I could rate zero stars I would.
When l went to the counter, the cashier looked at me like I was an alien. The customer service left a bad taste in my mouth.. right up until I tasted the food then it got worse tasted like they used dish soap. Use to be good food, good service. I did not know they changed owners. Now I know.
Long story short.. Overall... Horrible service. Super Expensive. They paid no attention to us. They forgot one of our rolls and we couldn't ask if it was still coming because they were too busy looking at their computer screen. They gave us dirty dishes multiple times even after asking for a clean replacement. Don't think we'll be back... Story below...Made a reservation and requested to sit at a regular table, NOT the Chabudai tables because my spouse has a bad back. They sat us at the Chabudai tables anyway... We waited around 10 minutes before anyone asked us for drinks... The brought us waters and plates, but one glass and the two plates were dirty. I noticed my glass was dirty and asked for another glass. The waiter brought me another glass, but I didn't notice that the glass was still dirty and the other plates had some green and red substance until he had left. We ordered 3 rolls, 8 Salmon Nigiri, and 2 house salads, they never brought out one of the rolls. After getting some of our food, we were never checked on for the rest of the meal. Rather than offering to make it right they offered us the opportunity to wait longer for the roll that never came. The total came to $71.28 adding insult to injury.Advice to the owners... Invest more in your team. Teach them the importance of service and cleanliness. They will make or break your restaurant. If your waiters, hosts, and cleaning staff don't care, your customers won't care to come back. I don't think it's asking too much (especially for $71). If you don't figure it out there's always going to be another sushi place.
Love love this place. It's so good and our family travels almost 200 Mile to get our fix. Question how do they make their hot sauce?
If you haven’t give a try here, you need to order now. This teriyaki place is my favorite one. I love their teriyaki chicken with noodles and ask for extra sauce. Yummy!
Excellent food all the employees are really friendly I really enjoyed it and I would come again definitely
Love this restaurant! Good food, fresh meat as usual, with great service.

I always go to Osaka restaurant at the mall in Layton, today I asked for a cup of water with the meal and they charge 0.25 cents… that’s discussed for the water
