The flavor of the food was really good. I loved the noodles that I had. But it’s way over priced for the portion size they give you and they barely fill your bowl halfway. I can get a whole meal somewhere else for the same price. I finished my tiny bowl in less then 5 minutes and I eat super slow. Customer service was good and the food came out fast.
Ordered 2 meals and they didn't get the meals right. Bowls only half full. Staff all teenagers spent more time chatting it up than worried about orders. Won't go back to a noodles and company again. As for not getting the meals right I brought it up and was told I got what was rung up. Not how can we make it right or sorry about that, just that was what was rung up. Way over priced for the amount of food recieved not sure how they stay in business. Food wasn't bad but definitely not worth the price for the portion size, assuming that the portion recieved was correct
Food was fine but they need to either give employees sick time or send them home if they come in sick. The person ringing us up and doing the last step of putting all the food together was visibly sick, repeatedly touching his eyes, sniffling, and running his hands through his hair. But this is a management issue, the manager should be seeing this, not customers, and sending the person home. Seeing this made me question everything else and I really regret spending my money there to eat food I had to tell myself was probably okay. Not going back anytime soon.
Y'all be making some great food. had an alright day turn into an amazing day just by walking into this store. we were specifically helped by Miriam, who was very friendly, very courteous. her customer recovery was phenomenal and exeptionally helpful. shout out to the kitchen crew for always whipping up some happiness and serving with a smile. man it was so good!
Not really a fan. Service was friendly but took too long to get my food (My brother got his food and finished it all before mine was ready, and I ordered before him, lol) Food was ok quality I had the Wisconsin Mac and cheese and the Korean meatballs (don't recommend the meatballs they are rubbery and not flavorful)
Its usually really good, we waited forever for our food, the kid behind the counter did not have great people skills. We all got upset stomachs after we had left. Would not visit again
I tip them well everytime I do a pickup order, and they either screw up my food or let it get cold before notifying me that my food is done for over 10 minutes! I'm really tired of the half effort service at this location.
A very nice young man was nice and his name is Ray also others are very friendly and helpful. My food tasted good and they were very careful how the cook prepared my food because of having allergies and sensitivities.
Went to the Noodles & Co. In Layton. Normally I love their Pad Thai but today was the worst I've had yet. They gave me so much egg that there was more egg than anything else. They also gave me a small instead of the regular size instead.
Their chicken soup has a good flavor but the noodles are kind of stuck together and I have to trust them that they had some kind of carrot in it it might be nice to use a little bit larger pieces of carrot. I am also probably in the minority but I think their zucchini with pesto sauce has too much sauce but the sauce and the dish taste very good
