This is the worst McDonald’s I know of. They have had management problem for a couple of years. I went in there today well before there lobby closed and they stated that there lobby was closed, the manager was leaving early and they had to close all the tills. Not the first time I experienced this. Do not advertise you hours and then turn down customers. Bad for business. I only gave one star because I had to to be able to weight this review. They CLEARLY on car about drive threw traffic.
So this is literally the first review I've ever written but after seeing some of the negative posts wanted to take the time to recognize the positive experience I had. My husband and I stopped here for a quick bite to eat on the way home, and we had the best customer service while we were here. The lady who served us was prompt and thoughtful and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, bringing us our food and offering to get our drinks as well when it was clear our hands were full taking care of our daughter. I've had much worse experiences at higher rated places. We'll be back!
UPDATE: Customer service has not improved and they are EXTREMELY rude. Drive to a different McDonald's, do not waste your time even trying to come here.Very annoying. As a Door dash driver the notes inthe order say to go through the drive through, but once I got stuck in the drive through no one would help me. I was told I had to go inside. So I waited 20 minutes in line just to walk inside. It's not difficult to just give me the order through the window since I'm already there. Can't we just help each other out a little? ?
Isela put a quarter pounder on my order when I didn't ask for one and then didn't take it off after I asked 3 times they gave me an old melted shake that was the wrong flavor and I had to ask isela (the general manager by the way) 3 times for a refund for the quarter pounder I didn't ask for and they tried giving me the wrong order 5 times. The general manager needs to get fired as I always have similar problems when isela is there but not with any of the other managers. Isela is the worst manager I have seen in any food serving establishment.
Do not order from this McDonald's they have no sense of customer service. But especially do not order from doordash to this McDonald's if they are not paying enough attention or there is a glitch or whatever they violate their door dash contract by not preparing the order. Their contract states that they have to prepare the order when placed by the Dasher if there is a computer error as doordash only needs confirmation of pickup from assigned Dasher to justify payment and have that process started this is all agreed to between doordash and McDonald's corporate in the contract that they have together and yet they seem to refuse to accept this wasting not only valuable time for delivery drivers especially when they're very busy or late at night when you have a 20 minute wait just to get to the speaker box and let them know you're there forcing doordash to cancel that order and only paying the driver half of what they would have made which was a McDonald's order already wasn't a lot but also for the customers people who order and then are told 20 minutes later that they're not getting their food after all and have to make other arrangements... It is criminal that McDonald's stores are allowed to get away with openly violating a contract and harming the independent contractors that are called upon for their delivery services if McDonald's cannot honor a simple contract then maybe they shouldn't be in business at all
The worst service and FOOD! The ice cream is basically water I've been frozen with a little bit of sugar in it they give us cold fries a pink hamburger and then refuse to refund my money after they gave me a shake that didn't have the lid on properly so it spilled all over my car absolute worst service I've ever had and the absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to take my advice find a different Mickey D's
The times I have gone here over the last few years I've been very disappointed. Mostly with the drive thru line. After 10 minutes of waiting to order, still not a single car has even moved in the line. It's like this everything I go. Even when I'm the only car in line it has taken them over 20 minutes for me to get my food.
Manager denied selling me a small order due to their lobby supposedly being “closed” I drive a big truck so I couldn’t go to the drive thru, i asked multiple times to just take my order and i would go outside and eat, and they still said no. Ohhh and don’t bother calling to complain because they will not help you at all. Worst Mcdonalds ever if you go inside you would think twice about getting your food there. I will post a picture of the complaint number that its worthless to call, that does not go at all with this mcdonalds they dont do any of this!!
They screwed are order up and gave us three chiken sandwiches, with nothing on them. When I ordered three chicken with mayo and Lettuce and a regular buger, on top of are large fry and two, ten piece chicken nuggets. PLUS it get better it looked like someone took a nibble out my nugget
Some staff were nice but the cashier seemed overworked and rude. The soda machine was out of everything, with one literally only having 1 kind of sparkling water and that's it. Arby's is closer so I go there now.
