This was by far our worst experience to date. Claim to offer 'Curbside' pickup but tonight waited 20 mins past our pickup window (after arriving right at our designated time) with no acknowledgement from their staff while 6-8 other customers were promptly assisted and even left with their food. Ordered Curbside intentionally but was forced to go inside in the end. Walk in to find no line with at least 4-5 employees. Stand there for another 2-3 mins with no welcome or acknowledgement. Finally get asked for my name. I was handed my food (which was already done and boxed and just sitting there for who knows how long) without any apology for the long wait/ delay or lack of communication.

The pizza here is amazing I got the bbq chicken and was one of the best pizzas I ever had but one problem one of the workers had really puffy weird hair but it was fine because he tied it back

The customer service here is terrible and the manager Norman is always very snappy & rude. I’ve even seen him come in from a smoke break and go straight to making pizzas without washing his hands! disgusting, do not trust food from here.

The pizza arrived cool. The cheese bread was not really cheesy and my salad was missing multiple ingredients. For the size of the salad it seems overpriced.

Asked for a half bbq chicken with no onions and half pepperoni. They just combined everything into one mess and left onions on. Almost like on purpose. Used to be a great place...

I typically always have a great experience here but always get very simple stuff like cheese pizza or pepperoni. Tonight I got a Philly pizza and I guess they forget to add the meat?? I found a couple of tiny pieces of meat and that was it. Very disappointed as this was supposed to be our treat for the weekend while having a movie night. Seemed like a big waste of money and I only ate one slice because without the meat, it just isn’t that great, to me.

I bought a calzones which was ok. But..worst customer service I have ever had. The manager Norman was rushing me to place my order. I explained him that was my first time buying Marcos pizza and I don’t know about the toppings,sizes, and so on. When my order was ready one young boy threw me the box of my order in the table.

Ordered two 12 inch cheesesteak subs and there was barely enough steak for one 6 inch sub. The one pic is an attempt to put all the steak on half the sun and the other pic is what they both originally looked like.

Do all your employees hate their job or just the kid with curly hair and black finger nails? He could not have been more disinterested in taking my order! He even stopped mid-order to check his Snapchat! Now, I would not have had to deal with his lack of interest in my business, had your website worked properly so I could have placed my order online and just popped in and picked it up, but for some reason your $8.992-Topping Large Pizzas "HOT2GO" Carryout offer would not work on two Large Pizzas, one with pepperoni & onions and the other with bacon and mushrooms.... do y'all count cheese as one topping, or what?!? Marcos Pizza was hot, and good, not as good as Ally's Pizza in Sunset, but better than Dominos or Little Caesars. But based on the service, I don't know that it would be worth coming back.
