I’ve had two interactions with this store and they were both bad but i was compensated well ?♀️ 1- lobby was closed in the middle of the day (no sign on door - just locked) and the drive through was wrapped around the building. Waiting in line took almost 30 minutes. Ordered donuts and because the wait was so long they didn’t make me pay2- made an online order through the app for delivery because delivery was free (promotion). Ordered two days in advance- order was just canceled and I was refunded 1.5 hours before it was supposed to be delivered. No one at the establishment answered the phone (listed in the email to inquire about cancelled order).Received DoorDash notice that my order was on its way and I was delivered donuts - they weren’t the fancy ones that I ordered but I think since they ran out they refunded Me and gave me what they had available.
Well for 1 they should advertise or update there temporary hours of operation and 2 they gave us the wrong donuts after spending 10 minutes having to figure out what they had and didn't have. Good thing we don't eat donuts that often because I'd be going nuts not having the correct order. Make sure to check your order before leaving the window.
Every once in awhile I’ll take my daughter here because they’re her favorite doughnuts. Maybe 3-4 times a year. It’s been successful about 3 out of 10 times. They are either closed because of equipment break downs, or temporary Covid hours. So my daughter asks to go this morning, and I figured it had been awhile, things should be normal now. Sure enough, we get there about 830 and they’re new Sunday hours are 11am to 7pm. You have to be kidding me. I guess it works if you want doughnuts for lunch! Done with this place.
Ordered online at 8:30 this morning, they wouldn't allow pick up until 11. Got here at 11 but they wouldn't open doors until 11:15. There are st least 30 people waiting for online orders that aren't ready and they are only completing 1 order every 10 min. No rush!!Update: finally got my order 45 min later and got the wrong donuts. My receipt was correct but, I guess they cannot read.?♀️
I really like Krispy Kreme and the 'filled' donuts have ALWAYS been my favorite!! However, I noticed that the donuts aren't filled the way they used to be. I HATE dry donuts which is why I dont get the regulars. Im really disappointed and feel sad that K.K. will loose alot of buisness if they start getting stingy with their customers. Also, they should add some variety to their creme choices like: mocha and strawberry. I know this pandemic has taken a toll on everyone, especially buisnesses, but people will stop buying if they feel cheated. I would really hate to see this place go out of buisness...
Didn’t realize when we ordered the regular size of donuts that we would be getting “minis”. Very disappointed that Krispy Kreme is ripping people off now.
Very disappointed as I really wanted Krispy Kreme this morning. I showed up at 7am to a small line of cars blocked by k.k's road blocks.I was a bit confused as there posted hours say the drive thru opens at 6am. Finally hear word the they won't be opening till 8am.If your open hours are posted for 6am be ready to serve guests at 6am. Again, very disappointed.
I grew up on Krispy Kreme donuts so for me they are the only donuts that exist! If there was no such thing as Chocolate Iced Kreme Filled, I could go the rest of my life and never eat another donut!!
Your store hours and the way you are operating are the silliest I have seen yet. Drive through is closed, lobby is closed, online orders only, but I can only order 12 at a time online? How are you still in business? I have watched 4 cars in 3 minutes, drive up, analyze your current operating process and leave (without any donuts). They likely went to another donut shop. Are you trying to get closed down? Get your life together Krispy Kreme.
Sat in line at the drive through for 30 minutes to get to the place you order at exactly 8:00pm. Was told they closed at 8:00pm & could not take my order. Not impressed that I sat in line for so long for nothing. Won’t be coming back to waste anymore time.
