I love these guys! they're always very fast at making my sandwich, and they're always super friendly whenever I come in. I've been to the store like five times in the past week, and it's always been a pleasant atmosphere and an enjoyable experience to order there. I love the sandwiches that they have, and it's probably one of my new favorite restaurants for quick and mostly healthy food.
We ordered two sandwiches, added extra sauce on my sandwich. And extra vinegar on mine. All of this was through online. My wife sandwich which hand no special ordered info. And yes totally different sandwiches. Had all my add ons selections on the sandwich and mine did not. If you took the time to look at the details of the order this would not happen. I should have gone to subway.
I really enjoyed the Italian night club, however, when going to pick up order it took more time than it should for someone to direct me to where my order was. Most places I go to, you give your name and they bring your order. And while I waited for someone to notice me, one of the employees right in front of me, looked me in the eye, then looked back down. One of the other guys noticed and finally helped me out. Went with them for catering. Ordered about a week in advance. Got there and they hadn't even started assembling the order. So waited for that to get done. Except they only assembled the sandwiches and acted confused as if they had not realized we were here to pick up our order and not assemble it. They still forgot the napkins and utensils. The only thing I can say is that they must have been really new and didn't have a supervisor looking over their shoulder. If I ever go here again, it'll be at a different location.
I tried to place a order for delivery i had to repeat my card info 5 times then the guy said he get the manager i repeated my caed number a few more times till it finally went through. The whole time I could hear all the back ground conversations but the employees said they coulnt hear me i feel i was talking to unprofeesional kids
Got food poisoning from this location. Do not recommend it. Other locations are great. There is just something about this one. Always had bad service from here.Edit: Already filled out that information and you should have it by now.
Walked in, ordered our sandwiches and walked out. Service was friendly and the food was good. Can't ask for better!
very fast, the girl making sandwiches the other day was the sweetest human ever! 5 stars!
One of the drivers shouted/swore at me in the parking lot for how I parked (I parked between two cars and one left, making it look like I was too far over on one side - I wasn't even over the line on the far side). I went inside to talk to someone about it and the manager shrugged at me, then the driver walked up and said, "you parked bad and I deal with bad drivers all day." I understand there is a labor shortage, but this was just super disappointing.
Always one of my favorites on the go.
I work in the local area and this location takes forever to make your order no matter what time you order, I will take at minimum and hour for your food to get to you after you order it. It is the worst.
