My family went here on a whim on Father’s Day. It was 5 minutes to closing and I got a fruit bowl. We got up to leave and as I was standing up, I had my toddler in my arms and her foot accidentally knocked my bowl all over the floor. I had had 2 bites out of it! I felt terrible for making a mess, and upset that I didn’t get to eat my bowl. Here’s where it gets a LOT better. Jarrid was working and he should be Employee of the Month. I would even say Employee of the Year if he’s always like this: after the bowl fell, he said, “It’s ok. We have to mop the floor at closing anyway, so no big deal.” That made me feel a little better. Then as I was going through the door to leave, he had a blender in his hands and said, “Sir, hold on.” This guy made me a new bowl, free of charge! As he handed it to me, he said, “Happy Father’s Day.” I was so defeated after losing my bowl and I was extremely happy after I got the new one. I will 100% be back after that experience! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Side note: it was even better because the bowl was delicious.
Weekly tradition to come to Jamba Saturday mornings (almost a year now) we love the food! It’s been tough the last few months as the team is understaffed and it appears there are many new employees that aren’t prepared to handle small rushes, no onsite manager or anyone with experience on shifts, waits even on mobile orders are 30 min past expected pickup. I hope management can take the feedback to prepare and train staff better for busy shifts. We’ll continue to come just want to pass this along.
The staff was very fast even with a big crowd to deal with the evening rush and they took on even complicated order easily! The smoothies are very good quality from fresh fruit and they even have Vegas options so anyone can get exactly what you need. We got the PB chocolate and the berro work out and both were super good! And the Whey protein boost was a great add for anyone trying to meet their protein macros. It's not the best place for a ketogenic diet but if your car cycling and want a good treat this is a great health option!
I give 4 stars cause I haven't dined there. Only picked up drinks. But staff is fast, friendly, clean store. Looks like a good place to go. I can't rate their food or drinks cause to the best of my knowledge... I've never had it.
Guest got into an argument with an employee after my drinks were finished before the other guest's, even though they had ordered before me. The guest was very aggressive about the situation, causing the employee to be slightly aggressive back. One of my drinks was made incorrectly.Edit: Went back in the next day and explained the situation to the employee, who remade my drink for free. Very good remedy for the mistake!
Smoothie was great! Service not so much..I waited 20 minutes for my drinks that were made and sitting on the counter. Staff had forgotten to call our names and continued to ignore the drinks for the better part of a half hour until I approached them. I would advise management to revise the online vs in store carry out manual queuing procedure.
Love this location! I came in the morning and there was just one poor boy working alone and there were over 5+ people and more kept coming in. He couldn’t handle doing both the register and make the smoothies. I felt very bad! But I will continue to come here and support!
Smoothies are AMAZING but their Tomato Basil twists are ALWAYS stale. Like, 4 day old stale. It's sad that they have high quality smoothies and low quality food. ??♀️

Man what a great stop to snag some thing fresh to drink! I think it was Kristy that helped me with my order. Everything turned out great. I am a bit picky but they made my smoothie exactly the way I wanted it. Super friendly and I really enjoyed my time there. Coming back next time I drive through that way! Thanks for the great experience. Its becoming more rare these days!
