The service was the worst since we started going there over 15 years ago. Don't let them seat you on the east side of dinning area. The gentleman that has worked there for years is awesome. Food was good coffee was good, service again SUCKED!!
I had no choice on this visit. My 81 year old father likes their pancakes. My food was poorly prepared. I asked for lightly toasted bread. Instead, I got very toasted, rock-hard bread for my sandwich.The place was not well kept - needs a good cleaning. But my dad liked the pancakes, so they get 2 stars.
I had to change my previous 5 star review to a 1 star. Apparently you only get decent service if you dine in. I just picked up my online order and they didn't include half of what I ordered and paid for. I tried to call them but after being on hold for over 10 minutes they never answered.
I ate at IHOP on Sunday. I had the best experience with my waitress, the manager (Dani) she made sure that the waitress that I had was organized and accommodating. The store was clean, and well organized for the day. Best experience I've had in a long time.
We had the most amazing experience tonight. Our waitress Reno went above and beyond to take care of us. She had a very sweet and bubbly personality. We definitely need more people like her in our service industry. My kids even said she was the best waitress they have ever had. We appreciated everything and our food was perfect.
Went last night with a friend and Ella who was the only waitress there, was incredibly amazing. Even though she had other tables to serve she was still checking on us and providing such great service. It was a really good night for us and really happy Ella was doing her best to provide that for us!
I ordered through door dash, and more than half our meal was missing our burger we ordered was completely raw, the French toast was hard, and as well as our mozzarella sticks were raw as well. Overall completely unhappy with our experience here and will not be returning to this place. I usually don't make complaints, but between waiting for 2 hours for our food to arrive, to missing product, cold product, and not properly cooked food is truly beyond ridiculous
FANTASTIC Experience!!!!The food was excellent, the dining area was clean and nice. However, the real star, the absolute crowning jewel of our experience here, was our server, Reno.I've been to a million restaurants, and I've had some truly good service. But Reno puts them all to shame! She is amazing at her job, fun to talk to, got our food out hot, kept our drinks topped up, etc. But she went above and beyond. She complimented her co-workers, made dining fun, and made sure I will want to come here again and again. She should run the place!
This place was amazing and very accommodating with our large group. The staff was slightly overwhelmed but still friendly and very helpful. These are two of the three seasonal pancakes. The cranberry one was absolutely perfect and made the pancakes more light and fluffy. I thoroughly enjoyed everything I had.
Went for a late dinner with friends. Great experience! Our waitress, Reno was so sweet and a lot of fun! I plan on making this a regular stop! Food and atmosphere were all good! Very happy with my experience here!
