The beef and cheese sandwich with a side salad was fantastic. It's a good sized sandwich so I only ate half after finishing the salad. Very cute little place. Really clean and very friendly staff.
Used to be better.. they don’t have half of the items on the menu posted online anymore. They used to do beer bread buns and apparently don’t anymore. They don’t do the blue cheese burgers anymore and don’t do any of the appetizers or dinners listed on the Google menu. Super disappointed

Drive thru can be hit and miss. Sometimes long wait times if the person ahead of you ordered a full meal. They also need an intercom system.

Wasn’t happy with the service today. Waited for drinks and asked for drinks and still didn’t get them. Complained to the manager and didn’t even seem to care. Had to ask for silver ware, fry sauce and dipping sauce. Even requested my tip back and didn’t get a response on that either. Fries were cold too. Sad cuz it’s usually good.
I’ve been to hugs many times, ALWAYS pleased with the food and service. Tonight I went and ordered 2 peanut butter bars (because they are THE BEST) and they were out. I was very sad but life goes one. I continued the rest of my order, took my food and headed home. Much to my surprise when I got home, they threw in two sugar cookies and a whole loaf of the bread. Excellent customer service. Thank you!!
Our favorite! We love our weekly "date" at Hugs! The food is quality, everyone is so nice and friendly and the peanut butter bars are the best in the Universe! Did I mention the sugar cookies? Best in Galaxy! Of course we need to eat them FIRST while we wait for our Club Sandwich (we eat our dessert first because we just can't wait, just too good). Great dining experience for a quick weekday getaway! ?
The young ladies that work the front of the house service are amazing. Even when a customer finds out they are totally wrong ? they are so kind and helpful still!!! Thank you, really made my day actually...
This place is always excellent with service and food. Been going here for a few months and it's safe to say I'm addicted to their crispy chicken avocado salad with poblano ranch? it's a must try, even if you're not a huge salad lover like me!
