Glad they have vegan flavors, but wish they had more options. They should at least always have a chocolate option.The serving sizes are really big. The smallest size is two and a half scoops and can only be one flavor. The best deal is to get the four scoop sampler. You can get a single scoop of four different flavors. This is also easier to share with someone else and cheaper too.
Amazing ice cream shop. You can taste the homemade flavors. We will be going back and recommend to others. Disappointed!!! I ordered 2 waffle cone/ small. That's 3 in a half scoops sign even says, so. But the girl helping my daughter says, that's 2 in a half scoops. I said sign says, 3 in a half. She gets the waffle cone for my daughter. Other girl comes & helps me gets my waffle cone. Mine has 3 in a half but, not my daughter's. We're owed that scoop I paid for would like it. Even the time on the receipt is wrong. Just want I paid for that's all. Would change Stars if it gets fixed.
This is more of a review of Handel's in general than this location specifically because I have been to two different locations now and have been made sick both times. I'm not lactose intolerant and I have had plenty of ice cream in my life without getting sick. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars rather than 1 is that it tastes pretty good.
The smell inside gave me such bad anxiety I had to walk out. It smelled like a hot, loaded diaper. Please opt for a window.
This was my first time at a Handel’s ice cream, and I was a little over whelmed with all the different flavor options. But Halley did a wonderful job suggesting some flavors!! 10/10 would recommend to just about anybody!
Holy friggin’ ice cream Batman! This stuff is incredible! It is the sweetest, most creamy ice cream I’ve ever had! The lines are long but usually go by pretty quick. You need this in your mouth!!
This ice cream shop was a huge surprise!!! The line was out the door (always a good sign when a place is super busy). They were efficient, fast, and super friendly. The ice cream was wonderful, and the portions were absolutely huge. A high quality treat I highly recommend!!
I was a little hesitant when I saw the line, but so worth it. Line moved fast, customer service friendly and the ice cream amazing! That is saying a lot from a person that isn't an ice cream person. I had the 4 sampler and each were delightful. Lemon Bar, Blue Monster, Carmel Truffle and Coffee Chocolate chip. Definitely will go back!!
My first Handel’s experience was disappointing. We had heard rave reviews so we ordered it for a girl’s night. We spent $40 on some ice cream and shakes. This one was supposed to have chocolate syrup, cookie dough, and brownie which we were charged for and it is just plain vanilla ice cream. We used the delivery option so we didn’t notice until the driver had brought this to our house (not his fault). The other ice cream and shakes were decent which is why I did two stars. We tried calling three separate times and it is ringing busy and the last time it just disconnected the phone call.
