We came to try out their buffet, but we were a little disappointed. The table was not wiped down, the food was barely warm, I think they could have fixed that by turning up the water baths. The steak and pot roast were dry.On a positive note:The meat loaf, potatoes,ham , and carrot cake were great!Biscuits and gravy were decent, but barely warm.In all fairness it could be that we came in on a bad day, all restaurants have them.
Food is the same as you remember everywhere Golden Corral exists. Half the food is mediocre and half the food is not good. It’s been close to 20 years since my last visit; pretty sure prices haven’t changed in all that time. However, I hope this is my last visit. Not a fan.People who work here though are great. Hardworking and helpful.Tried: 3 kinds of fried chicken, BBQ chicken, steak, BBQ pulled pork, pepperoni pizza, bourbon chicken, cheesy biscuits and bread pudding. Pepperoni pizza is the best thing I tried.
Our server was on top of things. The food as always was delicious!
Great food choices. They've changed their desert options which made it great to come back to.
Good variety of foods and easy to get what you want,.protein, veggies, pasta, meat, etc. The bbq pulled pork was pretty good. Spinach salad is great. I loved the chocolate covered strawberries for dessert... Tasty but not too decadent and heavy. They also have carrot cake too....
Golden Corral is on the high end of low end buffets. It's fairly cheap ($14 evenings/weekends, $10 lunch), but there a wide variety of food to choose from. Some is definitely better than others, in my opinion, but I've seen people eat just about everything they have to offer; so each dish just appeal to some. I enjoy their bourbon chicken, but they have tried and grilled, and sometimes bbq. They have a decent salad bar. And if you are there after 4 they start to have steak and other better meats (pro tip, get there at 3:50 to pay lunch price and get dinner food selection after 10 minutes). Their baked desserts aren't very good in my opinion, but they have ice cream with good toppings, which is what I typically go for.
We decided to go here because everywhere else was busy and there was no waiting. Me and my husband always start off with the salad bar. And then the main course. The food was really good tonight. The only complaint I have is when I wanted ham the person that was suppose to cut it. Was so busy talking to his co-worker and wasn't paying attention. But the food was really good. I'm really glad they took out the chocolate fountain. Because that was a bad idea from the beginning. Employees wore a masks. I honestly don't go here often because I use to get sick from the food. ☺️☺️☺️

I personally did not enjoy it here. The food was at best decent. I can't tell if it was from the food or something else, but I felt sick after eating here. For the price, you get what you pay for.
It’s been a minute since we’ve been here, I got to say I like their selection and food quality better than the local Chuck Arama. They actually had steak available on a Thursday night. Apparently this is normal. I was impressed especially for the price.If you’re looking to feed a lot of people for a decent price this is not a bad place to choose. I would say for a Buffet the food quality is above average. They also have very spacious seating available with several private rooms.
