Constantly ignore calls. I have called in an order waited on hold 15 min, drove to the store while still on hold only to find my call ringing with multiple employees just standing around. Then I was asked to wait while they answered my call. EDIT 5/25/22 : Seriously, this store has constant issues. If you want to order just go in person. If you want the food made correctly, go in person. Basically, ignore that there is online or phone because neither work.TLDR: slow service, bad food, Domino's

Apparently this location doesn't abide by their posted hours of operation. There is no signage that they have to close early because of staffing or anything. But I wanted to get a pizza order and here they are closed an hour and a half AT LEAST before their designated time. Might want to update your hours if your not going to be open as late as you claim to be.

So mad. Would give no stars if I could. I ordered online for delivery well before closing time. I got confirmation my order was received and started. Then 20 minutes later notification that my order was cancelled. No call or text or explanation. I'm sitting here waiting for my food. I tried to call and got a 20 minute answering machine message, no one ever picked up. Then I get an email saying my refund will not be processed for 2-5 days. That really helps :( since I still need to buy food tonight.

Ordered a lava cake an hour before they closed. This is like the simplest thing they have on the menu. They called me 5 minutes later and told me they canceled the order and I wouldn’t be getting it. If they aren’t going to take orders an hour before they close they should close an hour earlier.

We got our pizza an hour after ordering. We live less than half a mile from the dominos, our pizza was in ‘quality check’ for 40 mins. When it arrived Warm would be an over statement. This was really disappointing. It only got two stars because our dip and bread was hot

We ordered pizzas online and it never gave us an estimated time when we will have it delivered. We watched the pizza tracker and after 30 minutes in prep stage, I decided to call to get an estimate time. I sat on the phone for 30 minutes before someone picked up. Between that time, it did get to the quality check stage. I asked the estimated wait time and she told me my pizzaa haven't been started yet so it will be another 45-60 minutes. We canceled immediately, it's no wonder they won't give estimated wait times because they know majority of people won't wait 2 hours for a pizza. They also lie on the tracker, why tell us it's in quality stage but on the phone tell us it hasn't been stated yet? This is the first time we were going to try Dominos since moving to Layton 5 years ago, never attempting again.

First time ordering the Brooklyn Style pizza and it is not close to Brooklyn style at all. The slices were large but that is it. I made the mistake of ordering pizza during a snow-storm but I considered it to be a little late. The pizza arrived at 2 pm and I ordered it at 12.34 and I live 3.0 miles away. It was delivered cold, missing a topping and there were very skimpy on the other toppings. So, paying $33.00 for pizza, tip, and service charge it was NOT worth it. I suggest sticking to what they do best their pizza deals and get the cheapest deal they have and leave out the Brooklyn Pizza.

If you don’t mind long delivery times and cold pizza then Dominos is just for you, look I been holding out for a while from writing this review but man, like everyone says you’ve gotta get it together, 20-30 minutes calling just to see if my pizza has actually been made and on it’s way. That’s if they actually answer or show up! Eating cold hour and a half pizza as I write this lol cmon man

The pizzas we picked up had very little cheese, at least 1/3 had no cheese. It was super busy when I picked it up. The lady running to the cars was nice. But, it really isn't a cheese pizza if there isn't cheese. Bummer. We won't be coming back.

I’ve tried ordering here twice. Both times it took 30+ minutes longer than expected to get food, which was already a long wait. And their phone line doesn’t lead to an actual human. 15 minutes of a robot telling me to order online… which I had done.First order was carry out and when I arrived at the time for pick up, they said it hadn’t been put in the oven and it would be 7 minutes, I think they said. No problem I thought, but 15 minutes later they were still saying “we’ll check that it’s in the oven”.Second order I decided to try delivery, aside from the 112 minute completion time, I once again wasn’t able to get in touch with them to see if I could just come pick it up to save on time. You guys really gotta get it together. Customer service is absolute zero. I can’t be the only one that’s just stuck wondering if I’m even going to get my order. The reason for two stars is that the food tasted good. So you’ve got that going for you.Update: Trevor our delivery driver was super cool and did his best to explain the situation of short handedness. These issues ought to not be happening on the regular, but I’ll give one more star for Trevor.
