The food was delicious but it was cold when it got to us. There was food all over the floor, and the restaurant felt very dirty. The service was ridiculously slow. We understand that there may have been staffing problems, but we waited an hour for the food and we had to go up and ask if they were still making it. The smoothies we ordered kept getting forgotten and by the time we got them we wanted to leave. The check also didn't show up until we asked. The food, once again, was great, but go with the expectation that their service may be slow. Overall, it was a pretty uncomfortable experience eating there.
We waited 15min before someone came to take our drink orders. Then we waited another 40min before getting our food. All the while every single table before us, sent at least half their food back for being made incorrectly. Our food finally came out, and it was below the standard of what I'd expect at any Denny's/ diner. Eggs were over easy, but burnt on the outside, hash browns were BARELY cooked. Just all around disappointed, wasn't worth 30 bucks we wasted
Pleasantly surprised! We come to this location about once a month. It’s usually on par, but tonight was fantastic! The whole team was on point. The food was cooked to perfection, Drew was our Server, Akasha Served us last time and was simply awesome as well! I think Bart is one of the managers? He got us checked out and we had a nice chat about how this was the best quality of food and service we’ve received in a long time!Keep it up guys! You’re doing great!
Great service and my breakfast always arrives fast and the way I ordered it! My server Ali, was top notch and took care of me even though she was taking care of several tables at the same time. Definitely will be coming back here again.
First time I've ever had a 5 star experience at a Denny's. Service, cleanliness, promptness, deliciousness, and friendliness. Best Lumberjack Slam ever! Everything was hot, fresh, and prepared perfectly as ordered. And the Honey Chicken sandwich was the best chicken sandwich we've tasted anywhere. When's the last time you made sure the cook got your compliments on a meal perfectly prepared at a Denny's?! Amazing. Well done, everyone at the Layton Denny's!!!
was given every excuses for everything I tried to order because it was 11 pm and they closed at 12. Unless I was ordering a HUGE meal I was un able to order qnything at all!
I was promptly greeted by Alicia. She was kind and answered my questions patiently. She does her job well. She helped me to quickly put in my Togo order. And got me out the door very timely, it was appreciated.The cinnamon roll pancakes are the best.(and I work at IHOP) so that’s saying something.
My husband and I came for breakfast and I he service was absolutely amazing. Alisha did a great job at making sure that we were completely taken care of and created great a report with us. She’s a keeper!
Ali was a great server! The food was absolutely delicious and this is definitely one of my favorite Denny’s to come to when I need a quick breakfast for me and my family! Delicious and fast.
The service here is top tier?? Our waitress name was alicia and she was doing so good at her job. She was keeping good time and helping all the other people coming in. The food tasted so good and the shake she made me was fantastic!
