I went there and ordered a #1 and a blizzard and spent $15. They gave me 3 chicken bites, ranch that was literally expired, and no one was wearing gloves when they made me blizzard or my food. They lady at the register was super rude and sassy towards me. I will not be returning.
The employee made my Orange Julius and then literally coughed all over the cup and into the drink before putting the lid on. Then handed to me like nothing happened. $8 down the drain.
Came in 15 minutes after Google said they were open. The lights were still off, but there were workers standing behind the register so I proceeded to ask if they were open. After asking if they were open, the supervisor or whomever was the person in charge stood with her hands on her hips and told me “I’m dealing with a situation more important than opening.” I asked if she knew when they would be open and she said “Did you hear what I just said?” Honestly really horrible customer service.
Waited 10 minutes for an employee to show up. Paid $8 just for some orange juice put through a blender
Said they closed early at 6pm on a Thursday.
I paid over $5 for a medium Drumstick blizzard. When it was handed to me, the cup was only 3/4 full so I asked them to fill it more. They did, and then I left. And then I realized it was basically just a chocolate shake because the drumstick and peanut pieces in the ice cream were few and far between.These employees need to be better trained, blizzards are too expensive to get a bad one.
2pm on Sunday 16th May 2021. Whoever worked was amazing. And super accommodating. I'm super happy with the staff that day!

Waited way too long for our food. They started serving the people behind us in line before they got to our food. We had somewhere important to be and our whole group was super late because we had to wait so long to eat. Would not recommend.
We went in and politely asked the lady about the wait time. She said it would be 5 minutes. 40 minutes later and she’s making the orders of the people who ordered AFTER us. We had a funeral to get to and it was impossible to pacify my hungry son. I am very disappointed and want a refund. Oh? And they when we asked for the receipt they didn’t give it to us after we had already paid them.
