My wife and I very much enjoy dairy queen. We came through the drive thru today (3-21) at around 9:30 pm and my wife got her double fudge cookie dough blizzard as normal, and that turned out great as always.I got myself a raspberry slush and the thing was half liquid, I kid you not. It felt like a cup of iced water. I say to the fella at the window that I want a slushie and not a drink, to which he replies essentially "too bad, so sad, that's the way it is." He slams the window and gets someone else, marixa, who then gives me an unpleasant attitude and this whole time I just want a dang slushie. They took the drink they gave me, then returned again with a "new" one, or the same dang one but mixed up so it looked to be an actual slushie, to which after waiting 5 seconds, the ice floats to the top and we have an iced drink. I eventually asked for a refund and finally got one after getting the window slammed shut a number of times. I love DQ but the service I received from marixa and the other male at the window made me very upset this evening.
If you want to go here, at least to plan a good 30-45 minutes. They have 12 year olds working inside and all they do is gossip instead of working. Everything takes forever, even a simple blizzard. Granted, when you do get your items, it is good, but definitely not worth the wait. Every time it is like this.
This DQ is awful. I can't tell you how many times I've ordered from here and I'm constantly screwed over because they forget almost half the order. Then one of the workers had the nerve to call and tried to get us to cancel our doordash order because they were apparently about to close. I ordered way ahead of time. They just didn't want to make the order. Never again!!!!
Legit THORN in my burger tonight!! Luckily none of my kids ate it. We are NEVER going to this location again!
If I could give less I would. Usually these guys are okay. But my last few orders have been wrong. I had a whole burger combo missing and didn’t realize until I came home that I didn’t get to have dinner. And then my husband’s burger had a freaking THORN in it! Incredibly angry and mad at the service I got. And that I paid $30 for terrible food and service.
The fries were cold and old. They didn't mark which drink was which. The blizzards were watery like soft serve. They didn't give me the bbq sauce I asked for. The onion rings were good. Would not go again.
Went last night for ice cream. When I got to the window the lady wouldn't even talk to me she was just handing things to me. Then she proceed to wipe her nose with her bare hands and start touching my kids cones and other peoples napkins etc. Money wasted those went in the trash. they also got my order wrong for my blizzard and I had to go inside after the drive thru to get the one I ordered and paid for. I won't be back
Wish I could give zero stars. Fries were cold, and under cooked. Got our order wrong several times. Had issues with the giftcards I was using. Workers were just standing around talking, everyone had earbuds in.The oldest person working had to be 17. Where were all the adults?! NOT WORTH IT!
Went by for lunch with my family, food was ok, went back for blizzards and they didn’t clean the machine in between each blizzard because my daughter who is allergic to peanuts even by contact, who ordered m&ms and Oreos, was breaking out in hives 5 minutes later. Only way contact could have been was her blizzard and it was isolated to her mouth area. Service was terrible and so I brushed it off as a bad experience, but that experience could injure someone.
