Love the food. But sometimes the service is terrible. Sometimes they are out of food, basics like cheese and rice. They limit to what you can order in person vs online app ordering. It’s ridiculous they are losing money. My biggest issue with this store is everytime I visit. I usually don’t post review, but walking in today I noticed how messy it was. Quite disgusting. The floors and tables are never clean and swept.

Every time I order a burrito from this location it explodes. I order the same thing at every Chipotle I go to and this is the only one that I can guarantee will be blown out by the time I get home. It's not a major deal because it tastes the same, I just know I'm going to be eating with a fork and knife and have some clean up when I get home. Maybe they just put more of everything in the burrito at this location? Either way the food here is good.

It was pretty good, but a little dry. I think it just wasn't for me, but they were doing a good job and it did taste good for what it was. My favorite part was the corn salsa. The steak wasn't the best I've had, but it was ok. I did like how big it was.

Steak burrito.Steak was super dry, stuck to my teeth. No Pico which blows my mind. I make Pico at home takes like 5 minutes?Rude employees. This Chipotle sucks. Don’t go. I won’t be back.

I like Chipotle, but I think it's a bit overpriced. They serve good food, but I actually prefer Cafe Rio if I have a choice. Not sure if they offer a military discount, but seem to recall they don't. If they don't they really need to in a military town.

Terrible experience, the lady who is currently working up front barely gives you a bite of rice, beans, and meat. I will no longer pay 10$ for three bites of food in my bowl. Definitely do not go to this location.

They are always super busy here. It's a very happening place! It's not uncommon to have to wait here, however, considering the volume they go through, it isn't surprising.I believe the franchise, employees, & customers would benefit from more real estate for the kitchen & dining area...though I know a lot factors into that. I reckon that's just a recommendation.

The service here sucks. I sat for 45 minutes after my online order was supposed to be done. I asked the employee if my order was done and she said it didn’t go through. I showed her my confirmation email and charge to my account and she said I could get my food and a free bag of chips if I waited in line for another half hour. Don’t go here if the pink haired girl is working she doesn’t care about her job.

I’ve heard so much hype around Chipotle and was anxious to give it a try. I was disappointed right off the bat that I couldn’t use my gift card online. I had to go inside and wait in-line. Strike one. Once it was my turn to order, it went like this: I would say that I wanted the chicken burrito with brown rice and black beans and he slapped a tortilla on the grill and proceeded to ask me what kind of rice, beans and meat I wanted. He did this on every meal in my order. Strike two. The check out experience was great and the employee was polite. Once I got home and started to eat, the steak was terribly grisly. There was way more fat than meat. There were a couple good pieces but almost every single one came right back out. So I paid extra to waste more food. Strike three. My overall experience was awful which is too bad because the food that didn’t have the awful steak, was pretty tasty.

Great food and great service. For some reason the air-conditioning in the dining area was on which was very annoying since it was in the 20's outside. I had the Carnitas Bowl with medium and corn salsas. It was very tasty!
