Our server Isa Thomas and bartender Melissa were great, more than great, very helpful, very suggestive and just overall above average service. Both went above and beyond to be helpful to guarantee we got what we wanted, ordering of the menu cocktails. The bartender Melissa came to our table and made it happen. Can’t say enough good things about both these ladies.
I had not been to Chili's in a long time so, glad my friends decided to go there for a quick dinner. The margaritas were great, the guacamole tasted fresh, and the mango chicken was a great choice. Our waitress did a great job and surprisingly, the service was fast for a Saturday evening. However, the floor, especially under our table was extremely dirty.
I am COMPLETELY unimpressed with Chili’s. I ordered food curbside to go on April 5th. When it was delivered to my car, it was missing one of the drinks. When I mentioned this to the employee, she told me there was only one drink ordered. Even when she was shown the receipt clearly showing two drinks had been purchased, she refused to bring the other drink. The food itself was WRETCHED! Upon opening the to go boxes, we found the food looked like it had already been eaten once and regurgitated into the box. The chicken tasted like rubber, the rice was hard and crunchy, and the black beans were nothing but liquid. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager who apologized and promised me a refund. Ten days later, no refund had been issued so I called again. The same manager again apologized and told me he would try again to issue the refund and as an added apology he would email me gift certificates for the store. As of today, neither the refund nor the email has materialized, at this point I am doubting they ever will. Clearly this establishment does not value their customers. I, for one, will NEVER be ordering food from them again. And if you like to actually eat what you order and enjoy it, I highly recommend you don’t either.
Wow what a disappointment! My boyfriend always suggest Chili’s for date night (he’s never been) and I always recommend something else. Well I finally caved and boy, what a mistake that was!The server was horrible, we had to keep asking other servers for things, our food came out warm at best (including a “skillet” appetizer), his coffee was Luke warm, my ‘medium well’ steak was so bloody and rare I couldn’t even eat it and didn’t want to bother bringing it up at that point, not to mention it was DRY! No garlic butter in sight. I ordered the shrimp to go with my steak and it was also just warm, and cooked but like barely, not “grilled” at all! I mean look at that “medium well” steak! What world is that medium well? The loaded potatoes didn’t have scallions and looked underwhelming. And the place was a mess! I get that they are busy on weekend evenings, but come on! We had to look at a disgusting table across from us which isn’t pleasant and makes you wonder what the back of the house looks like. Never ever ever ever again. My boyfriend will never step foot in a chilis again which is sad because he’s been wanting to go for awhile and it was his first time.
This place is really sad. As long as John works there, stay safe and do not apply to work here. It is going downhill real fast. Don't let them blame the pandemic for them being short staffed. It was the same if not worse, before the pandemic...So yeah. Don't blame the wait and cook staff, blame management. They are never accountable for literally anything. You are better off working somewhere that is not food related for awhile. This place was so bad, I changed back to health care. Which was way better to work for during the pandemic than this place. Which should say alot. Best to just shut her down.
It's 2022 people. How do the servers not know how to or to wear masks? I was very uncomfortable with service here. Our waitress clearly looked and sounded sick, two other wait staff members had masks below their noses. Also, our waitress just did not act like she cared about her job, no eye contact, monotone, sighed a lot like she'd rather be anywhere else.I work in the food industry. I would appreciate not feeling like I'm boring the waitress. Also, if management can't get control of their staff with masks, it makes me question what else they're letting slip.Sorry, but just very dissatisfied with my visit.
OUR SERVER MELISSA WAS THE BEST SERVER I HAVE HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! This woman made our table feel so safe and so welcomed! She is so sweet! THIS WOMAN DESERVES A RAISE AND A BONUS! SHE IS SINGLE HANDEDLY HOLDING THIS COMPANY TOGETHER, PROPS TO HER!! I am not joking at all, I never leave reviews for places but I genuinely want to see her succeed!
love there chip's and salsa!
We came just for dessert after having dinner at another venue that closed earlier than we were ready to end our party. Our wait staff were attentive, kind and friendly! The chocolate molten cake was deliciously rich, but the winner for the evening had to be the cookie skillet. It was perfectly balanced in sweet/salty, crispy/chewy and hot/cold. Total yum. I’ll be back for that another night!
You probably know by now if you like Chili's food. In my opinion it's decent testing food, but nothing special, so I don't really think it's worth the trip. If I want a burger, for roughly the same price I can get a larger variety with bottomless fries at Red Robin. If I want steak, I'll go to a steakhouse. If I want tacos/Mexican I'll go to a Mexican restaurant.
