Apparently, there are people who can't get enough of Chick-fil-a. I am not one of those people. I thought that the food was adequate but not to die for. But I will leave that to personal taste.The service was good. The staff was friendly enough for fast food (it's not like the waitstaff at a sit down restaurant where they interact with the customers). And the kids seemed to like the playground.

I have spoken with Brad Hurst and they sent me coupons which will be given to someone else. I still do not plan on ever going to any chick fil a. This place is a joke and no, the orders are rarely ever fixed. I do appreciate my call being returned and Brad is very professional but not all the workers have the same attitude.They rarely ever get orders right and half the time it’s a crabby person taking orders who won’t listen to you anyway. I have rarely got an order right so I don’t go in all the time. My last order was for a gluten free bun and a grilled chicken sandwich. If something was ordered gluten free and asked to be gluten free, but wasn’t on a gluten free bun, obviously I’m not going to want the sandwich on a gluten bun. Then to boot, they gave me a breaded chicken with a gluten free bun. Never supporting this place again. A photo was added to show that the second sandwich they gave to me was clearly not grilled and my issue wasn’t resolved that day. Yes, they did try to give me a gluten free bun and told me to swap it for the one sandwich that was attached to a gluten bun. Brad acknowledged that this was not acceptable and I gave times as well so he could see that this interaction did happen.
I've been coming here for years for dinner for my kids. I've never felt more compelled to write a review for ang business before until I can through and met one of the most friendliest, genuine people before! Komal is amazing, and one of my many reasons to keep coming here! I look forward to seeing her every Wednesday night when I come for my weekly visit. Such a sweet soul and very personable! She knows the true definition of customer service!
Ordering on their app is awful! I ordered breakfast, arrived moments after ordering and it wouldn't let me check in. It took me 10-15 minutes trying to check in before giving up and calling the store to let them know I had arrived. They took my information, and approximately 5-10 minutes later someone walked out and apologized, telling me that their breakfast service had ended 15 minutes before. Like they hadn't even looked at the order until I had arrived??? Like they couldn't have started making the breakfast that had already been ordered and paid for, before they started shutting down the breakfast line??? It was definitely still breakfast service when I ordered, it was definitely still breakfast when I arrived, but by the time I was able to get attention, it was no longer breakfast, so I had to go without. Definitely don't recommend.
Food is always good, my family eats here at least once a week, we usually do pick up. Tonight I tried curbside again, and was very disappointed. I pulled in slot 10 in a grey ford hatchback which info was on my order. A grey sedan pulls in next to me in slot 9. They get their order and are backing out when a worker trys to give the passenger side an order. I assume they told him they had their order and then he looked towards the drive thru line turns and walks back to the store. I start honking my horn, he must not here me. I then go inside the restaurant to see him handing my order to another employee. I ask him if it is for slot 10 and my name, he said yes. I said you tried to give it to slot 9. No apologies no nothing. Word to the wise, it is easier to do pick up instead of curbside, some enployees may not know makes of cars. This is not the 1st time this has happened to me! Never again will I do curbside!
Best customer service in the WORLD! We went through the drive-thru tonight and some of our items didn’t make it in the bag. I called in hoping they would have my order ready when I got there… They went above and beyond and had a team member deliver it to my house!! If we could all take a piece out of Chick-Fil-A Layton’s book, this world would be a much happier place
We LOVE Chick-fil-a!! They are always fast, friendly, and courteous! There food is always fresh and hot.
They will not let you order in the store. Was not given an explanation as to why this was happening. Then, after we finally ordered our food through an app and received it, we were given no napkins at all. If you are out of napkins, that is something that needs to be announced, along with "We will not take your order in the building for no reason whatsoever".
CFA does not mess around! I ask for super heavy tons of extra pickle and they did NOT disappoint! ❤
