Every time I go there for a doordash pick up the staff ignores me. They see me waiting they see that the doordash order is ready but then they act like I'm not there waiting. This has happened every single time I've gone there to do a pickup. When someone isn't busy I try to get their attention but it's like they're actively attempting to ignore me. Like they'll start to look at me and what they see I'm paying attention to them they'll turn away immediately. I've had to call out to them multiple times to get their attention. All while my order is sitting there finished and I'm standing there trying to get them to pay attention to me so I can pick up the order they know the orders ready they know someone's standing there waiting and at this point I really honestly believe it's intentional because it's happened every single time. I've usually used consideration and caution thinking they see me and that they know I'm picking up for doordash and I try to be patient but this is happened every single time and it really feels intentional at this point.
My friend applied to work at this location. The general manager, Tyler, hired her as “the kitchen manager with full-time benefits at $16 per hour.” When she reported to work on her first day, she was informed she had been hired as a cashier with part-time hours at $8.50 per hour”. When she asked the manager about it, he told her she had problems comprehending details. I have no problem with Chick-Fil-A, but shame on Tyler for employing dishonest recruiting tactics and a demoralizing management style.
I had their grilled chicken nuggets, fries ? and a drink my son had their BBQ Chicken sandwich ? with macaroni and cheese both were very good.
They almost always get my order wrong. They leave half the ingredients off. They only give you one or two dipping sauces for a family of four. We don't realize it until after we get home and when I call them they say there is nothing we can do about it.
Fries were cold. It used to be good now it's a hit and miss kinda thing.
The salad and milkshake were both great unfortunately I didn't get the fries I ordered or any salad dressing. Be careful ordering online from these guys.
I love chick-fil-a and this place rarely disappoints I visit at least once a week and the staff is always super nice and the food is always great

Just ordered chicken strips. They were very good. I really enjoyed them. Since the place is popular, there was a little wait. But what do should I expect on a Saturday night? Six customers were ahead of me. And I didn't use my phone to distract me.
