Food was good. Service was terrible. I waited 10 minutes after ordering and saw people coming and getting their food right away.Then I went back and asked where my food was they were totally confused and unprofessional. And prepared it in front of me while I waited same as I had never ordered.No apology nothing.When I asked why my food was more expensive as posted the clerk just turned around and minded his own business like I was not there...I won't come back to this location
No where on this item straight from your site:"Triple Bacon Beast Burger ComboThree 100% all-beef hamburger patties, topped with mayonnaise, special sauce, bacon, melted American cheese, onions, lettuce, pickles on a toasted sesame seed bun. Served with fries and a beverage." Did it say tomatoes and that menu item is what I ordered and it came with tomatoes. I hate tomatoes so that made me lose my appetite. So thanks. You should update that cause now I don't trust any of your items.
Used to be good, gone downhill. Cold food, and old food, still had expiration date on it. Manager was snooty. Packed our food to go even though we came in and sat down- I feel they did it on purpose cause they knew it was terrible. I'll just stick with the Clearfield location - they are amazing! Still this location isnt as terrible as the Syracuse location but almost.
Worst POS Carl's Jr. I've been too. The entire staff needs to be fired and hire some competent people whole know how to make an order properly. Have gone twice now hoping the second time around would be better and had the same issue happen the first time. Order was wrong and they don't know what they did wrong. Do not go to this location. Go to a different one.
May I present to you, The BIG Carl! Does this look appetizing to you? Because this cold, sad, pathetic excuse for a burger was supposed to be my "premium combo" menu item... It came with fries that shared in the burgers demeanor. This high priced combo was a complete waste of time and money. 1 bite in and all I was hit with was the taste of the dressing which the burger is clearly swimming in. I wanted to puke. I can't believe this is what they serve their customers. It wasn't even busy. I was the only one in the drive thru or inside. You think they could take their time and make their only customer a halfway decent burger. Maybe that's why I was so lonely during my visit. I probably won't be returning. What a shame...
We wanted to get breakfast for on our way home. We wanted to know what was on the grilled cheese breakfast. She put it through as one combo. We told them we weren't done ordering. We went to the window to finish our order. They gave us our drinks and asked us to pull forward. They didn't get our order right. We went into get the rest, they said that is all of it. We got our money back and went elsewhere. I don't think we will be going there again.
I should’ve read the reviews before coming here, just wanted a burger! How hard is it to get one. They’re telling me to wait in the front it’s been 10 minutes. The lady after me got her food first. I ordered the hand breaded chicken Swiss I just got the hand breaded chicken. They’re a joke, the people look high there, so they stole money from me. I’ve called several times there’s no manager and no one answers
Absolutely trash food and service it's gone up and down up and down with this location. Also if you look a bunch of 5 and 4 star reviews with no words and a response from the owner thanking them. Let's see if you reach out to a not fake review.
On 28 JAN 2022 I stopped at the Carl's Jr. on Antelope Drive in Layton, Utah at 08:30 to get a bite to eat and the doors were locked and had to pound on the doors several time's. A lady came to the door and wouldn't open it. I told I wanted to come in and order some food and she said very rudely that I'd have Iwod to go through the drive through I don't have a car and said she'd take my order there. I'm a Disabled ARMY VETERAN and she bad no right to treat me this way. It's very cold too! I will never eat there again either!
Got 2 hand breaded chicken sandwiches, 1 sandwich had barely ANY chicken, AND, there's pink color in the chicken, poultry is supposed to have NO pink, and the chicken doesn't even feel good to bite through, the chicken I've had at other places don't feel like that, y'all need to find new workers
