Burger is always cold to I ask them to drop it fresh and they don’t do it on top of messing up your order 1/3rd of the time. The black guy also told me to “relax” when I had a face of disappointment.

Okay so I’m a vegan, but the weekends only a vegetarian. I cheat and have dairy so I can have some cheese and ice cream ? I love burger kinds impossible whoppers, so Saturday night my husband and I go through the drive through. I come home, look at it, and it’s not an impossible whopper. It was real beef!! I took a bite to be sure, and had my husband try to be sure. I was so sad!! So legit I went on door dash and reordered it. Extra AF, I know. But I’ve been craving this thing ALL WEEK. So I ask the dasher to make sure it’s the right stuff and they message back saying that they’re out of the impossible!! So these mf legit tried to give me a real whopper thinking I wouldn’t notice ? do not recommend

If you’re in a hurry, don’t go here. Went inside, 1 other person waiting for food. Staff will not acknowledge that you have walked in or even say hi. They won’t even let you know they will be with you. The two females and manager I guess, will not say one word or even make eye contact. I finally walked out after 10 minutes of waiting. Went to Wendy’s down the street and back. Same person was still waiting and same cars in the drive through. Texas Roadhouse is faster with service. Absolute waste of time to go here. And don’t think for a minute anyone will say hello at all. You would have a better conversation with a rabid pit bull on a hot summers day.

Unfortunately I think they are understaffed and overwhelmed.It was my 8-years-old’s birthday and she requested Burger King for her dinner. We stopped by on a Friday evening to pick up our order (we preordered through the app). We had never been to this particular location, but it was the closest one to our house.When we walked inside, the “mojo” felt so weird. Something was definitely off. We looked at the prep area and there was trash all over the floor. It looked like someone threw a ton of trash on the floor. I thought maybe it was a disgruntled employee that quit, but I wasn’t sure. When the cashier came around the corner, I asked her if she was okay. She said it was a hard night, but she’d be okay. The poor lady was crying and constantly wiping her nose. I felt bad for her, but at the same time, it was kind of gross that she wasn’t wearing gloves and she was wiping her nose with her fingers before touching the fry containers. Poor girl probably needed to take a breather, but I’m assuming she couldn’t because they were understaffed and overly busy.After waiting for what seemed to be 20 to 30 minutes, we finally realized that we were at the wrong Burger King! Our food was at the other Layton location. I was a little relieved and we got the heck out of there. We definitely won’t be back.

Delivery orders not started until drivers show up costing the drivers unnecessary time and money. They may argue that making the food at that time will ensure the food warm and fresh for the customer but if you have ever eaten from Burger King, you know that you can dine immediately and it’s neither hot nor fresh.

Our burgers were uncooked and cold. Our drinks were disgusting, the syrup was out and they didnt change it. We were in the drive thru for over half an hour. I do not recommend coming to this location. I, personally, will never be back.

Why write a fast food review? I never do and neither should you BUT!! This location at whatever time I went was fire.

This is the worst location. We live so close to here so we’ve tried it multiple times. I don’t know why. Every order they mess up and/or they’re out of what we’re wanting. I understand it’s COVID (October 2021) But it’s frustrating. The employees aren’t very kind but I am guessing they’re short staffed as is everywhere. This last time we went our food was barely warm and we were the only ones in the drive thru. So clearly our food had been pre-prepared and sitting for a while. So gross. Just save yourself the money and hit up another location or skip BK all together.

I've had much better quality food at other Burger King locations and staff wasn't very friendly. I understand the hiring crisis that we are going through and am very patient and try to have a conversation with the employees and she is acting like I am pulling teeth while she is taking my order. Hopefully this was just a coincidence and not the regular situation.
