Was bummed, took my kids here cause growing up I loved Burger King. The food here was cold, seemed old. They forgot our fries, had to back through. Got home and realized they subbed 1 of the double cheeseburgers we ordered for a regular cheeseburger. And they had practically nothing on them. No pickles, barely any ketchup or mustard, just a cold disappointment.

Awful customer service. They didn't have uber eats order ready and took too long to make it. Glared at me while we waited. Then I'm pretty certain they rated me thumbs down over telling the customer the food was not ready

i'd give it 0 stars if i could. dine-in was closed apparently but was still unlocked and staff had an attitude because of that, staff were quite unfriendly in general, frozen drink machine was dirty and my beverage tasted awful because of that, and just an overall bad establishment.

Awesome Big King combo today. Came Hot and as ordered. Wonderful to have Hot fries. Clean place with friendly employees.

Fast service for dine in today. But 1 star removed as the women's restroom was dirty. Playground was closed too.

This place seemed more put together than the other Burger King, but I still wasn’t impressed.Our daughter requested Burger King for her birthday dinner. We placed an order through the app and then waited at the wrong location for 20 to 30 minutes. When we finally figured that out and went to the correct location, our food had been waiting for us in a little heated area (thank goodness). The manager gave us our bags and we went on our merry way.Once we got home, I started passing out all of the food only to realize that quite a few things were missing. We didn’t get the double bacon burger or the two whoppers we ordered.We hopped in the car and headed back to Burger King. When we walked in, the manager seemed a bit irritated (we hadn’t even said anything yet). She said she’d get to us in a minute because she’s busy. She seemed frustrated and maybe a bit overwhelmed. We waited on the bench in front of the counter for quite some time. She was taking drive thru orders and said she could t help us until the drive they was empty. I thought that was really weird and it didn’t seem right.Finally she had a few seconds in between orders to talk with us. We tried to hurry and rattle off what was missing. She smiled and said she’d take care of it. She had the missing burgers made for us and then we were on our merry way.As far as cleanliness, this Burger King was way better than the other Layton location. Everyone was wearing gloves and no one was wiping their nose with their fingers.Burger King isn’t really a place I want to go, but if my daughter requests it again and I can’t change her mind, I’ll choose this location.

Very kind night manager everything was nice and hot the only sad part is that they advertise Ghost pepper nuggets and alwayz seem to be out of them. Maybe third times a charm? All in all was still happily satisfied with my rodeo burger and fries.

Been giving them chances the last 3 years. Shame on me for thinking they'd ever get better. Still constantly forgetting food, the food you do receive sucks, and they've been out of receipt paper for 7 months.

Never written a review and never had to. This place needs a complete overhaul on their employees. Just got off the phone being called a jerk because they were closed at 9:30 and I waited 30 minutes to be told my breakfast wasn't gonna show up. They're closed when they're not supposed to be all the time. They're still in there but they're not working. Even if you are short staffed you can't decide your own hours of operation. Done with BK until I hear of change.
