I love Buffalo Wild Wings. I really do. Unfortunately with this location i would recommend you need to dine in. I have called in twice for a to go order. 15-20 minutes and both time I have come it has been close to an hour from the time I called. Even when I ask they keep saying 10 more minutes I still don’t see it for another 20-30. Would rather drive to another location than sit here at their restaurant on a to go order. Not angry that I had to wait but upset that their timing is way off when I could plan around accurate timing. Just needs to be more accurate with their times and customer service since no one wanted to talk or look at me when they realized the mistake.

Tried to work here once and it was terrible as the pandemic was atarting but my wife and I decided to try their burgers last week. Ordered 2 burgers to go with sides and a drink. Got home and they gave us one order of teriyaki boneless wings. Which neither of us ordered. This place did nothing. Needless to say, glad I did not work here and good to know never to eat here. But america loves wings so sadly, they can kind of do whatever they please and get away with it. If you like unprofessional inconsistent mistakes and surprise mystery meals, this place is for you.

2 orders of deep fried pickles was over $17. About a dozen chips per order. Pickles were much too salty for my taste and batter was blah. I’d love a bread and butter deep fried pickle. Good take out service.

I ordered a 10 piece original wings and order of cheese fries. It took 20 min. for order to arrive. Wings were tough and barely warm. Fries were terrible cold and couldn't pull them apart. The service was very good. Food sub par.

Ordered boneless wings with honey bbq and Parmesan garlic. Came 25 minutes after everyone else got their burgers and fries because chicken with two sauces “takes longer” however miraculously was ready after we asked for it. Weird how the chicken wasn’t warm anymore. Additionally, when it came there was hardly any sauce in them so had to ask for extra sauce. Place used to be great but this location has gone downhill the last few years.

Normally amazing at everything. But tonight I got their 20/20 wings and about 15 minutes later after I left my stomach began to hurt pretty bad from the food. Great service but not sure if I'll go back after getting sick from the food. Pretty sure it's food poisioning but not entirely sure, because I have gotten plenty of wings with Buffalo sauce from other places and never once had stomach issues

Went there on my birthday.Told the waiter that we only wanted only wanted legs. Then we got both of our orders messed by swapping sauces and then asked for extra crispy then got burnt legs and flats. And then on top of that didn't get extra celery got an order of 3 pieces for both no kids for our sauces.Told the manager and then nothing got compensated and on top of that seemed like this place was dead cause it was Wednesday.Anyways something has to change with line cooks management and the way the treat people especially when I know they saw I was upset.I'll be choosing another place to eat in the near future.

We walked in the a Relatively empty restaurant. We walked in after a couple that ordered Togo and told the worker it was going to be three, she told us to wait. A couple with a baby walked in less than a minute after and were sat before us in a booth for 6. How that makes sense I’m not sure. Didn’t greet or acknowledge the group that walked in after.

Giving this experience 4 stars only because we ended up waiting 40 minutes in the lobby when there were plenty of tables to be sat at, only 2 people in front of us waiting and it didn't appear busy at all. We came around lunch time during a week day. I can't imagine them being understaffed, but I could be wrong. It just seemed out of the ordinary. I love their wings boneless. My boyfriend always gets them bone in. Depends on your preference, regardless... you can't go wrong. I personally like the sweeter sauces. Asian zing is also nice. I don't love that they up charge for a side of carrots and celery these days though. Seems silly if you ask me. Other than that... great service!

Wings.. dry and stale like they had been sitting out. Waiters.. weird. Employees.. very short staffed. Ultimate nachos with chicken (that I paid extra for)… no chicken. Best thing there is the exit. Never coming back again.. literally never.
