Cold food and bad service. 12:30 PM May 25 2022. Ordered our food while waiting for it, a gentleman picked up his order and asked one of the employees about his missing shake. Her reaction was "Are you joking? Do you see how busy we are?" He said"no I'm not joking." She repeated "do you see how busy we are?"Our food was room temperature at best. When I asked for additional red ranch the counter person told me it was behind the line and they don't hand it out for free. Then he told me you already have some on your sandwich. I realize these are trying times staffing issues abound but honestly this is unacceptable. No receipt was provided.

I just got my food! And it is simply amazing. The young man at the window was smart friendly and got my order right. Ask if I wanted sauce and was very Polite! Excellent employee and service! Wish to give the man at the window and the store manager kudos.Thanks for getting it right the first time. Fast and friendly! And my food is they most Delicious. Brisket bacon ? mmmmm!

The food isn't made sloppy, kinda fast........kinda.I can't give 5 stars.1. Can never seen to get my order correct, not a huge deal for me, I can eat anything.2. It's always a little cold, again I can eat anything.One of these days Arby's,......one day.???

They got our order all wrong and after repeating it over several times they still got it wrong no spoons or napkins. I'll never eat there again.

I ordered Arby's through grub hub and checked the options to remove the cheese, ranch , and onions, and my sandwich came so smothered in ranch and cheese and onions that I can't even look at it. It's disgusting!!! It's wet and really greasy! I'm really mad.

never going to this location again. FIRST they told me they couldn’t use my coupon because it was a picture of one i took at home. it’s never been a problem before especially because of covid they don’t want the physical copy. i should have just left right then. when i went to the drive thru the cashier was so disrespectful, barely said anything to me and when she did she gave me attitude, acted like she just wanted me gone. after she gave me my food she shut the door so i couldn’t ask any more questions. i didn’t get the sauce i wanted and when i went to flag her she was already gone. terrible experience i should have just gone to the syracuse arby’s ?

The Diablo Brisket sandwich was not as spicy as I hoped. The flavor was great though.

This location constantly has a line out to the main road and refuses to open lobby. I had to go wait in line twice Bc they had messed up my order. There is no reason the lobby should still be closed.

They put RAW bacon on my salad! RAW!
