SCREW THIS PLACE BRUH. WE get there and they tell us that our online order wasnt there. Some problem with the system. Then we wait and hold up the line for awhile. Our order was ready twenty minutes after we were supposed to get it. Not only that but one of our meals was completely wrong. Screw this place, dont waste ur time here. I want a refund.

I give the food 5 stars, but the management 1 star. I ordered online only to get there and find out that online orders still need to go through the drive thru to pick up there order. It kind of defeats the point of online ordering if you still have to go through the drive thru to pick up your food. You might as well order through the drive thru because you still have to wait for all the cars in front of you. I also asked for sauce and the lady acted like i asked her to open the till to the cash register . Her attitude about it was very rude even tho i asked her politely. They made me feel wrong for asking for sauce, Is it not normal to ask for sauce?? Did I commit a crime? If customers should not ask for sauce then why offer it? No other Arby's that i have been to has been this way. Only this location. Pretty disappointing and I will not go back to this location.

Your employee was great, food was great. But do not make me pull forward when no one is behind me. I do not care about your sensors, and your stupid wait times. You have a hole in a wall for a reason. Use it.

Customer service was great with quick and efficient service, had amazing food even for the night shift and had understanding and amazing staff, I appreciate this Arbys and everyone who works in it.

Price is a little hefty but still worth it. The person running the drive through kind of grabbed the money out of my hands. Gave me our change and I asked for extra Arby's and Horsey sauce. Had 2 sandwiches, 2 fries and some poppers. Got a total of 2 Arby Sauce and 2 horsey sauce for 24 dollar meal. Poor service!

Food was great, but it took over 20 minutes in drive thru just to get to the window (only two cars ahead of me). Really slow service and the employee was very rude.

Visited the drive through around 2 p.m.Reasonable wait, food was really good for the price, and the service was great. Exceptionally friendly people and my 3 sliders with fries and drink were obviously fresh. Thank you, and keep up the 2-5p.m. deals.

Arby’s has always been a favorite of mine but this particular location has been such a challenge. We moved to Layton roughly a year ago and every experience we’ve had with this arby’s has been unfortunately unpleasant. The food is just fine, average for their class but the people are just downright snotty. They treat you like a homeless person who just walked into Ruth’s Chris steakhouse. It’s uncouth and uncalled for and Arby’s should be ashamed of their employees at this location.

So sick of this restaurant giving no regard for our time. Lobby closed and drive thru takes about five to ten minutes per car

Absolutely the worst service I've ever seen, at least for an Arby's. We live close by, and have come here multiple times, I've even had friends stop here on their way over, and I am not exaggerating when I say that they mess up the order EVERY SINGLE time. It doesn't matter how simple or complex the order is. They'll give us the wrong sandwich, put the wrong sauce in the bag, or even forget items all together. On top of all that, they are painfully slow. One trip took us 23 minutes to get through. I even have the dashcam footage to prove it.They even run out of stuff every now and then. One day, they had even run out of roast beef (so I guess they DON'T always "have the meats").I think part of the problem is that it's always kids working and running the place. I've never seen anyone there older than 23. Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever seen a manager. And while they haven't ever been straight-up rude, there's little to no communication, and DEFINITELY no sense of urgency.Only positive thing I can say about it, is that the very first time there, the guy running the drive-thru was super cool and nice. We'll try it again in the future, hopefully by then they'll have stepped up their game.
