This location is my favourite as I've been dining here for over 2 years. Tonight's service was by far nothing short of excellent and courteous. Our server Holly was very attentive and kind and at the same time was training a new hire named Alyssa who was also kind. Our food was delicious and although my steak was not cooked how I wanted originally, both Holly and the manager Sergio brought back a new steak and waited until I informed them it was now perfect. My father is retired military and we did not disclose this information prior to sitting down and they showed us nothing but respect and attentiveness. My father was pleased so it was a lovely holiday for my family. I am also on a diet and Holly presented options that I would both find enjoyable and that would help maintain my weight. Thank you.
Brian did an amazing job. The food was so yummy and delicious. I ordered the bourbon street chicken and shrimp the plate was sizzling and hot. This was my first time eating this on the 2 for $30 dollars. My dad and I will be back. We can to celebrate. Thank you Applebee’s I loved their smoothie the wild berry one.
We went to applebees Thursday night around 930 pm in Layton. It was a wonderful experience all the way around! They seated us promptly and were very friendly. Our waitress was very prompt , friendly and helpful. I have a hard time making a decision and I asked her suggestions and she was very helpful. I chose the 2 things she suggested and I was extremely pleased. She served us with a great smile and attitude the entire time. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name. I’m bad with names. But she was amazing! I have been a server before and I know it’s difficult. I truly appreciate good service ! Thank you so much. I would love to go back and hopefully see her again.
The restaurant is clean and well lit. My family enjoyed several tasty dishes; most notably the Sirloin and Shrimp entrees. The best part of our dining last evening was our server Stormi. We felt we got 5 Diamond service in a non 5 Diamond place; absolutely flawless service. Thank her again for us!!
Rylie was a great server! Very friendly and went out of her way to make sure we knew what we were given when we ordered our food. Food was delivered in a timely manner and she checked on us with the right number of visits.
It was 6pm on a Friday and we got seated fairly quickly at a table in the bar area. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly. Our server was attentive and nice. Our food came pretty quickly despite the restaurant being pretty full. We had lime chicken and fish and chips. The chicken was tender and tasty, both meals were good enough that we would order them again. We really had a nice time here.
Food and service were quite good! Wait time to be seated was less than 15. Drinks right away and food less than 20. The steak was really good. It's been years since we've eaten here and the portion sizes have shrunk.
Applebee's has been a place that was always good for a meal. We really enjoy the French onion soup and the Oriental Chicken Salad. I tried the Prime Rib Dipper. Here they fell short. The flavor was good but the meat was tough and chewy.They were short handed, our server did her best and really did take good care of us. We were there mid-afternoon and it really shouldn't have been as busy as it was for a Saturday.
We came in on a quiet Sunday night after long day on the road. Atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. We received prompt business like service and our meals were tasty and satisfying. We left satisfied with our experience and would return again.
We went on a Saturday night (yes, your typical busy night) so we knew there would be a wait and we weren’t upset about the service being slow. But the food was awful. I got a steak and it honestly looked like my kids plastic food toy steak. It looked plastic and was cold. My broccoli was so overdone it fell apart when you’d touch it and again, cold gross potatoes. I think the only one who enjoyed their food was my 7 year old who got the wonton tacos.
