We came in late at night with 3 young kids wondering if we could even bring kids into the place, but the bartender/server was welcoming and was nice and attentive even though we were the only ones not at the bar. Food was great, came fast, and was perfect given it was after 11pm. Even the patrons at the bar were super friendly to my family! The wings and sauces were excellent!
I am sure it’s been hard with being under staffed So I don’t want to be a jerk, but we’ve tried to be supportive. Just slow service, bringing our meals piece by piece instead of all together. Waiting a significant time to come ask for drinks. Order one thing and get the wrong order. Nachos that are dry over done and looks like the end of a bag, just crush up chips. Usually tasty food and fun atmosphere. But both the Draper and Sandy wing nutz seem to be pretty understaffed and poorly managed. I hope they get some help and training. Used to really enjoy the place.Adding edit to reply to owner:Thank you for your response. I am sure it is not easy to manage in the restaurants business with so much decline in help. Food is good. Don’t order online; apparently they can’t see online orders and caused some problems for us.We worked with the owner on an agreed upon refund amount and then my statement showed a refund of a smaller amount. When I brought it to the owners attention she told me that I would have to go into the restaurant to get the remaining amount. It’s not a large difference amount but I just don’t think it’s professional that we agree upon a refund amount but they don’t give me that and then tell me I will just have to drive out there to pick it up.Probably won’t go there again, just overall not a good experience
If you haven't been to Wing Nutz Draper lately, you have not been there!! The new owners are killing it! The food is great, the service is great! The wings and buffalo chips are baked and delicious with lots of sauce and dry rub options to choose from. Here's my helpful hint: extra extra crispy! We like our wings in the oven for 15-16 minutes and our buffalo chips crispy also.
We're regulars, we love their chicken nachos (extra crispy) with southern honey BBQ sauce.Their Buffalo Chips are literally the best in the business.Buffalo wild wings canceled their Buffalo chips, we are now life long customers! And the waitresses amazing!
Ordered wings 3 hours before Super Bowl Sunday. Fully understand it is a busy time, not a problem. Hence 3 hours before. Went to pick up the order, I never checked at the time till I got home. The wings wereNot finished and raw with printed instructions of how to finish them and mix them with the sauce provided. This is not what I ordered, nor what I expected. Keep in mind I’ve ordered plenty of times from wingnuts in the past. If they changed Something about their wings or for the Super Bowl they should’ve let us know. But I have zero interest in cooking my own food, that is pointless and defeats the purpose of ordering out. I called and left a message and we’ll see if this business cares.
Service, food, restrooms EVERYTHING was HORRIBLE!!! I ordered a burger with bacon, cheese, no tomatoes or onions with their mango pom sauce. I got an over cooked burger with tomatoes and onions, no bacon, no cheese and no sauce at all. My husband ordered boneless wings and also a burger. His wings had no breading barely any sauce and cold. His burger had a tiny bit of sauce and cheese but was over cooked and dry. We never saw our waitress again to get drink refills or some kind of sauce for our burgers. They were not busy only 2 other tables besides us. There is a mask mandate but the servers were NOT wearing them. You could not pay me to go back it was that BAD!!!
This is my second time here and Wing Nutz nailed it again for great tasting "bake wings".The wings are so crispy you can't tell they're baked, but they do taste better then fried wings, not to mention better for your health too. Also, there is a varies of unique and delicious sauces to choose from too; I choose the mango Chipotle mild sauce...soooo good!!
I placed a phone order and the woman at Wing Nutz read it back to me. My order was correct. When I went to pick it up, it wasn't until I got home and opened the tied up to go bags that I was able to see that they forgot a pretty big item in the order. I called them to have it refunded and was put on hold for 5 minutes. I had to hang up and call back to get someone to help me so I guess they had just forgotten about the fact that they had left me on hold the first time I called.The woman refunded the price for the item and when I asked them about refunding the tax I paid on that item, she got confused and it wasn't worth the hassle, so I let it go which was annoying, but whatever.Anyways, the wings I got were soggy and greasy. Not good at all.The worst part of the whole thing was the nacho chips in our nacho order were crumbs. It's like the took and almost empty bag of nacho chips and just poured out all the leftover crumbs into the container instead of just opening a new fresh bag. I included a photo of what I'm talking about. I will not be going back.
My quesadilla was delicious and the Wild Basin Black Raspberry Seltzer is always a favorite, but Liz’s service is why I will always come back!!! She is an absolute gem!
