I visited this morning for a quick caffeine joy and truly wasn't sure what to get in this heat, I was greeted by an energetic knowledgeable cashier that took her time explaining all the new items for the summer season, amazing customer service, thanks.
Went to get a matcha with no ice. They ended up putting ice in it, and when I handed it back they took out the ice and filled what was missing up with bubbles…
They close whenever they feel like it, hahaha, what??? Maybe they should update their hours to "we close whenever we want." And guys, PLEASE do not put dumb people on the drive thru.Out of matcha for like a week now. And why did they do away with outdoor trash cans at all the locations??? When is starcucks going to stop acting like a startup?
Always friendly staff, and the barista gave a great suggestion to help my drink taste better. Also, I wish I could give a bonus star to the girls that said my dog was cute. It always makes my day !
Every other day you guys are out of Oat Milk and other ingredients. You guys need to keep up on ordering your supply! Makes it difficult to get my caffeine addiction in.
I like this location, it does have some issues they could fix. The wait is way to long! A lot of the time they're out of a lot of items, they have a hard time getting my one drink right. I do like the employees they're super sweet just need to clean up the little issues.

Came in cuz the drive thru line was super long, no difference they are legit the slowest place I've ever been to and it's Monday I'm late and picking up the bosses coffees so hopefully I'll not get into too much trouble but are you kidding me folks over 20 minutes waiting and they still aren't done, funny thing is I got cold ones that come from the tap.... Why is it taking so long
