Prices increase - customer service and quality gets worse. I am a loyal Starbucks customer and this location is seriously lacking.
They are amazing here ! Took two carry on coffees to go and they were so sweet and accommodating. Very friendly and helpful ! Thank you so much !
I went to a different Starbucks location today and I got my latte iced and literally half of my drink was just whipped cream. (I did not ask for extra.) I asked them to add caramel to it and my drink was still VERY bitter. (I always order the same thing so I know that it should not have been this bitter.) Very disappointing because the location I typically go to was closed today so I had to drive 15 min out of the way to get bad coffee.
They only allow drive thru because of the mask mandate, there was nothing online about it, an order 10 min ahead took 25 min longer to pick up through the car line. They gave me the wrong order But I didn't have time to wait for a new one. Two of the baristas were wearing their masks below their chin. It just got worse and worse.
Ordered online to have drinks delivered. I have had a few issues with the last few deliveries and decided to call and let the manager, Omar, know of my disappointment. He didn't even want to hear what I had to say and kept talking over me. Very rude and obviously the employees have no idea what they are doing if they can't make drink correct or package your order without spilling half of your drink out by the time it's delivered.
They say they’re open inside, welp, just walked 15 minutes for nothing. The people inside were just standing there, not making anything and talking, they totally saw me and my fry-end. This was a few weeks ago so Idk if this is still happening just be warned.
worst starbucks experience ever. i ordered ahead and it said it’d be ready in 7-10 minutes. i showed up after 10 minutes and it wasn’t ready. i politely asked about my order multiple times and was told it was being made… i showed them my receipt and confirmed it was the correct location. my drink never appeared. almost 30 minutes after ordering, i finally told someone i just wanted my money back and my drink appeared within 30 seconds. they gave me my money back for the trouble, but i feel like excuses were just being made with no real apology or effort to go the extra mile after all of that. i was super nice up until the end, too, when it was clear i was frustrated and needed to get back to work… but even then, i was still as nice as one could be at that point so i don’t need any karen accusations, haha. i hope this location can get it together!
I'm pretty sure the girls were novice baristas. Don't get me wrong, they were very nice and pleasant to deal with but my drink was wrong so they had to remake it and it was still not what I wanted.
Come to this location if you want your order wrong every single time. Fail.
Machine jammed, and they didn’t bother to check that all orders got printed. Waited 15 minutes before complaining. After that, the barista had no clue how to make the drink. Finally just asked the manager to give me a refund.
